A REQUEST FOR INTERVENTION FROM THE GOVERNOR OF GIBRALTAR

PURPOSE OF THE REPORT
The purpose of this written communication is to respectfully request your intervention in proceedings associated with my court case concerned with The Civil Contingencies Emergency (Coronavirus) (Masks in Public Areas) Regulations 2020 & 2021.
BACKGROUND
On 2nd June 2023, I filed a short minute of notice to the Magistrates Court which is attached as Appendix A. In an interim hearing in the Magistrates Court held on 25th April 2023, The Stipendiary Magistrate Charles Pitto set a date for a trial hearing in the Magistrates Court for 11am 30th June 2023. He did this after he had first denied me my right to be tried by a jury of my peers as per my request, as made to him in writing during April’s interim hearing. After reading my submission (Appendix A), Mr. Pitto made his decision to deny me my right to a trial by jury.
The Lord, being mindful of your career in the Royal Navy, in serving as a Director, Legal and Personnel Services, and as a Senior Naval Lawyer advising the Executive Board of the Royal Navy, Commanders-in-Chief and Commanding Officers at sea and ashore on Criminal, Employment and International Law, advised me to write to you in your capacity as the governor of Gibraltar.
Respectfully, I would ask you therefore to please read the legal argument carefully, written exactly as presented to Charles Pitto at the interim hearing, as to why my trial needs to be via a jury of my peers.
We are certain that Charles Pitto has erred in his decision-making, and feel your intervention would be entirely appropriate and timely on a matter of considerable public interest and relevance to The Coronation Oath.
Prior to this request, I had read out a previous statement before the Magistrate Charles Pitto on 10th March 2023. The wording below replicates the exact words as read out on that date.
PLEA HEARING – FARRELL BEFORE MR. PITTO – 10/03/23
“Since my last appearance before you on 23rd February 2023, I have managed to have a full hour’s consultancy with Suresh Mahtani and I have also very briefly spoken with Andrew Haynes about the particulars of this case. If my understanding is correct, this hearing today remains a plea hearing. However, owing to the irrational Covid 19 mandates I do not intend to make a plea, but if it’s your wish to default that to not guilty then so be it. I would respectfully ask that you allow me sufficient time to prepare my defence case, as there are a number of complex legal arguments emerging from consultations, which will, in all probability, form part of my emerging defence case. As this easily provable irrational health-harming mask mandate affected everyone in Gibraltar, and is thus in the public interest, because everyone’s God-given rights were violated, and in case the government tries to re-impose similar mandates, my trial needs to be before a jury of my peers, as also is my right under Magna Carta.”
You may also wish to review the short video which has been published on the Gibraltar Messenger website about the previous hearing, before reaching any decision of your own, on the matter as to whether or not you can and / or will intervene in order to facilitate a trial by jury as is my right under Magna Carta. As you have also sworn allegiance to Charles, you are also bound by the Coronation Oath to uphold my right, under Magna Carta, to a trial by jury.
Tony Farrell – My Day in Court on 25 April 2023
As things stand, my request for a trial by jury has been declined and a trial date has been set for the Magistrates’ Court for 11am on 30th June 2023. It should be noted that the prosecution dropped the two charges for indictable offences of obstructing police officers, taking the view that it was not in the public interest to proceed. I would be grateful if you would be willing to give the matter careful consideration, given that this is about serious matters on a global scale. In an effort to aid your decision-making, please see Appendix C for a chronology of main events associated with this case which originates back to November 2020.

PS. This communication does not include the body of evidence showing why face masks are unlawful, harmful and irrational and why the Novel Coronavirus does not exist, as that ideally should be reserved for a trial by a jury of my peers.

On the 25th of April in the year of our Lord – Christ – I intend to demand that my right to a jury trial be respected, in accordance with The Laws and Customs that the monarch swears to maintain, as the most important part of their Coronation Oath, which is a solemn contract with the British-Israel people. The oath is a crucial part of the Coronation and requires the monarch to pledge to uphold the laws and customs of Britain and govern its citizens with justice. The jury has 12 members who symbolically represent one juror from each of the 12 Tribes of Israel, of which one tribe is the Tribe of Gad, and that tribe is today the British Gibraltarians and people of The Campo, and thus bound to keep God’s Law. The word British/Berit-ish is Hebrew and Berit/Brit means Covenant and ish means man, thus the word British means Covenant-Man, i.e. the British are the true Israel, as God has only ever made a Covenant with one nation: the Nation Israel, not to be confused with the people in the Holy Land today. The Heraldic Symbolism of the Unicorn on the British Coat-of-Arms.
The British Gibraltarians are Israelites not Jews, and are from the Israelite Tribe of Gad, not from the Tribe of Judah/Jew-dah. Gad was the 9th one of Jacob-Israel’s 12 sons and a brother of Judah/Jew-dah the 5th son. (Gibraltar: British or Spanish?). The monarch having sworn solemnly to maintain The Laws of God (God’s Perfect Royal Laws of Liberty that prevent tyranny, oppression and poverty) to the UTMOST of their power, as well as the British customs, is then bound by that oath to do so. Those British customs since 1215 include, but are not limited to Magna Carta, and Magna Carta Article 29 guarantees every free man the right to trial by a jury of his peers. Magna Carta cannot be rescinded, and thus is still in force today, to prevent governmental tyranny and maintain justice. “I solemnly promise and swear to govern the Peoples of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland . . . . . and of my possessions and the other Territories to any of them belonging (that obviously includes Gibraltar) or pertaining, according to their respective laws and customs.”
Article 29
The body of a free man is not to be arrested, or imprisoned, or disseised, or outlawed, or exiled, or in any way ruined, nor is the king to go against him or send forcibly against him, except by judgment of his peers or by the law of the land (God’s Laws). God’s Laws prohibit men from legislating, on pain of death, so the only Law of the Land is God’s Law that the monarch swears to maintain to the UTMOST of their power.

Deuteronomy 4:2 Ye shall not ADD unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish [ought] from it, that ye may keep the Commandments of the “I AM” your God which I COMMAND you.

Deuteronomy 12:32 What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.
Thus the monarch guarantees, by their solemn oath before the British people, my right to trial by a jury of my peers. Therefore any legislation that denies me that right, is ultra vires, fraudulent and thus null and void ab initio. The judiciary swears an oath before God to serve the monarch, in direct violation of the First Commandment to serve ONLY God, and thus is likewise bound by the Coronation Oath to guarantee my right, under Magna Carta, to a trial by jury.

Any member of the judiciary who denies me that right, breaks their official oath and thus vacates their office with immediate effect. I therefore demand that the judiciary arranges a suitable future date, for my trial by jury, and the facility to show the jury video evidence, to support my innocence. Thanking you in anticipation of your cooperation in arranging this.
