United States foreign policy at its core is remarkably simple to understand: control the flow of oil and you can control the rest of the world.
If the war in Ukraine is examined in this context, U.S. strategic goals there, and its connection to U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East, should become clearer.
A Brief History of the Petrodollar
The July 22nd, 1944 Bretton Woods agreement established the U.S. dollar as the world reserve currency. The global financial system established at Bretton Woods required countries to guarantee convertibility of their currencies into gold-backed U.S. dollars, which foreign governments and central banks could then redeem in gold bullion, if desired.
Several months later, on February 14th, 1945, U.S. President Franklin D. Roosevelt initiated an alliance with Saudi Arabia, which cemented the relationship between the U.S. dollar and oil, giving birth to what is now referred to as the “petrodollar”.
The gold-backed monetary system was replaced on August 15th, 1971 when the U.S. terminated convertibility of the U.S. dollar into gold, reducing the dollar to a fiat currency. In 1979, the U.S. and Saudi Arabia negotiated the U.S.-Saudi Arabian Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation, requiring the use of U.S. dollars for oil contracts. This ensured the value of the U.S. dollar would remain artificially inflated, as other countries were forced to keep stockpiles of U.S. dollars on-hand to cover the costs of their oil contracts.
Being able to print U.S. dollars for nothing, with no redeemable gold-backing, has allowed the American nation to purchase whatever it wants with its monopoly-money, and thus abuse and live off the rest of the world virtually for free.

The nature of the financial system described above should make it self-evident that any threat to the status quo would be deemed “a clear and present danger to the national security of the United States”. It should be equally obvious that this system is what has allowed the U.S. to levy economic sanctions against its perceived enemies and its allies, and debt-finance the most expensive military in the history of mankind, to ruthlessly enforce their global hegemony.

And who poses the biggest threat to the dying American empire’s continued control over the oil and other resources required to operate its political, economic and military machinery?
Russia, China and Iran’s control of the Strait of Hormuz.
Russia is the third largest oil producer (11.3 mb/d) behind the U.S. (17.6 mb/d) and Saudi Arabia (12 mb/d). Russia is the world’s largest oil exporter to global markets, and the second largest crude oil exporter behind Saudi Arabia. The map below shows the network of existing and proposed pipelines from Russia through and around Ukraine, to Europe.
China is the world’s largest oil and natural gas importer. For the first-half of 2023, China imported 2.13 million barrels per day of Russian crude oil, making Russia its single biggest supplier. In June, China once again imported record-breaking levels of Russian crude, amounting to a 44% increase compared to the same month in 2022.
Further, BRICS members Russia and China have been conducting joint military exercises since 2005, recognizing that American greed and ambition, not so cleverly disguised and deceitfully advanced as NATO peace-keeping efforts, would not stop at their doorsteps, but would continue until Russia and China too were subjugated.
The circumstances that have brought about all of the sanctions, “regime changes” and proxy wars funded by the U.S. government (at the U.S. taxpayers’ expense) over the past 70+ years have one thing in common: they either threaten or are presumed to threaten the oil-dependent, petrodollar empire. Labels such as “communism”, “dictatorship”, “liberal, left-wing extremism”, and “terrorism”, etc., are merely recycled and reused to start wars all over the world to advance American imperialism, the lifeblood of which is oil.
Criminals In Action
The 1947 National Security Act reorganized the intelligence gathering and covert, paramilitary apparatus of the U.S. government, the OSS, giving birth to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), which included the Nazis that were imported into the USA between 1945 and 1959, under Operation Paperclip. The NAZI CIA has been meddling for the past 70 years (1953-2023) in the affairs of other states, including Ukraine, to secure and manage foreign resources by any means necessary. And at the top of the list is oil, both procuring it at an affordable price for American interests, as well as sabotaging the competition whenever possible. In fact, the CIA has had in place a scorched earth “oil denial policy” in the Middle East from the outset, to ensure the Russians (and formerly the Soviet Union) didn’t get their hands on the oil, or use it to compete against U.S. oil interests in Europe.
Even when the Nazi CIA seemingly turns its attention to running drugs and guns, as it has been doing for decades, it is frequently, if not invariably linked to oil, as drugs are sold or traded for guns, which are in turn used to fund and/or arm mercenaries and terrorist groups relabelled as “freedom fighters”, to topple governments that aren’t already “pro-western”, i.e. aren’t already vassal states of the American petrodollar empire.
In 2001 the Nazi CIA needed to stop the Taliban from eradicating the opium poppies, because it was a major source of CIA funding for black-ops. That was just one of the reasons for the inside-job 911 under G.W. Bush, used as an excuse to invade Afghanistan and restart the opium poppy growing.
It is interesting to note that George H. W. “Poppy” Bush was a German Nazi (real name Scherff), who was sent to the USA as a spy by Adolf Hitler. “Poppy” Bush became director of the Nazi, drug-running CIA on January 30, 1976, as a reward for his role in the assassination of JFK in Dallas on November 22nd 1963. JFK was assassinated because he was going to disband the Nazi CIA, and put an end to the fractional reserve banking scam, to rid the U.S. of the AshkeNAZI Banksters. And it was “Poppy” Bush who had his son, then president G.W. Bush, organize the invasion of Afghanistan.

Of course sometimes the criminals in action make their intended goals obvious, like they did in 1953, when they instigated a coup to oust Iranian Prime Minister Mohammad Mosaddegh because his Iranian government nationalized their oil industry to get rid of the Brits and Americans. The Nazi CIA then elevated and installed U.S.-friendly Mohammad Reza Pahlavi as shah in “Operation Ajax”.
Concerning Nazi CIA operations in Ukraine, they too began in 1953, and have been going on ever since, with a similarly related goal in mind: nazify Ukraine and use it to attack Russia, to neutralize the threat Russia poses – via cheap Russian oil and gas – to continued U.S. control of Europe. The following excerpt is from a 2016 article CIA: Undermining and Nazifying Ukraine Since 1953 by Wayne Madsen:
The recent declassification of over 3800 documents by the Central Intelligence Agency provides detailed proof that since 1953 the [Nazi] CIA operated two major programs intent on not only destabilizing Ukraine but Nazifying it with followers of the World War II Ukrainian Nazi leader Stepan Bandera.
The [Nazi] CIA programs spanned some four decades [seven really]. Starting as a paramilitary operation that provided funding and equipment for such anti-Soviet Ukrainian resistance groups as the Ukrainian Supreme Liberation Council (UHVR); its affiliates, the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN) and Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA), all Nazi Banderists. The CIA also provided support to a relatively anti-Bandera faction of the UHVR, the ZP-UHVR, a foreign-based virtual branch of the CIA and British MI-6 intelligence services. The early CIA operation to destabilize Ukraine, using exiled Ukrainian agents in the West who were infiltrated into Soviet Ukraine, was codenamed Project AERODYNAMIC.
The intensification of this program since 2014 is one of the major contributing factors of the present war in Ukraine, which is really a very thinly veiled U.S. led war against Russia.

Acting Deputy Secretary of State Victoria “Toria” Nuland was the alleged “mastermind” behind the February 22, 2014 regime change in Ukraine, plotting the overthrow of the democratically elected government of President Viktor Yanukovych, while using the Nazi CIA controlled U.S. mainstream media to deceive the American people and allies into believing that the coup wasn’t really a coup, but a supposed victory for “democracy” instead.
Victoria Nuland, who hand-picked the neo-Nazi post-coup leaders in her former position as the assistant secretary of state for European and Eurasian foreign affairs, is really of Ukrainian descent. Her family changed its name from “Nudelman” to “Nuland” specifically to hide the fact they’re counterfeit-Jews (AshkeNAZIs), who emigrated from Ukraine: the AshkeNAZI ancestral homeland.
For anyone under the mistaken impression that the U.S. really cares about its European “allies” (more on this later) or that Victoria Nuland and company lost any sleep over being caught red-handed remodelling the political landscape in Ukraine in 2014 (while verbally giving the EU the middle-finger), think again. Nuland’s only comment? The crystal clear recording of her conniving with Pyatt was “impressive tradecraft”.

The AshkeNAZI counterfeit-Jews are using the Christian Ukrainians as canon-fodder to genocide them, in a Christian holocaust, in order to religiously-cleanse Ukraine of Christians, whom they hate, with approximately 500,000 Christians already dead, and millions of emigrants.
Don’t forget the U.S. used their 2014 coup in Ukraine to quadruple the size of the Ukrainian army, transforming it into the largest military force in Europe, with the primary purpose in mind of using it to get rid of the Russian competition.
If you build it, they will bomb
So what happened in 2011 when Russia’s ally Iran wanted to build a pipeline through Iraq and Syria to supply Europe with cheap oil and gas? Syria was magically plunged into a “civil war”, in an attempt to oust Bashar al-Assad. Should we not be asking “cui bono” (who benefits) from this manufactured chaos?
Of course 2011 is also the year U.S. President Barack Obama signed executive orders 13574 and 13590 that imposed crippling economic sanctions against Iran’s energy and petrochemical sectors. The same year Russia opened the first Nord Stream pipeline to circumvent their pipelines through Ukraine and directly supply Western Europe.

The same year (2011) the tsunami disaster struck the Daiichi nuclear power plant in Fukushima. The same year Muammar Gaddafi was murdered to protect the petrodollar. The same year Osama bin Laden reportedly died for at least the sixth time.
And what about the Russian network of pipelines running through Ukraine? The U.S. installed their neo-Nazi political puppet Petro(dollar) Poroshenko in 2014, beginning the U.S. build-up and arming of Ukrainian military forces and the ruthless bear-poking oppression of the Russian-speaking Donbas region. All part of the mess that Victoria Nuland helped create.
It was the United States government that instigated this war in Ukraine, whose people were merely the latest victims of dimwitted U.S. foreign policy. As out-to-lunchbox Joe Biden declared upon entering the White House, Russia is allegedly the number one enemy of the United States, followed closely behind by one of the big guy’s favorite pocket stuffers (other than Ukraine): China. Ukraine was simply the “poisoned bait” to draw the Russians into a protracted war of attrition designed to cripple their economy and cause sedition from within. Or at least that was the genocidal plan hatched by Congress under constant pressure from the AshkeNAZI AIPAC and the seven sisters.
The build-up, arming and funding of the Ukrainian military by the United States, and the attacks in the Donbas region were orchestrated to get Russia out of Syria while, at the same time, to get the Christian people of Ukraine out of Ukraine.
The Russians were not only exposing the U.S. led and funded proxy war in Syria to remove Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, but were also very effectively wiping out ISIS/ISIL/al-Qaeda, al-Nusra, and the FSA (Free Syrian Army) groups that the U.S. helped establish. Getting rid of ISIS (Israeli Secret Intelligence Service), etc. was never the U.S. goal in Syria. The U.S. wants to secure the oil and sabotage the competition, and will use any means necessary to achieve those objectives.
By funding and arming BOTH sides of the opposition forces (e.g. ISIS and the SDF), the U.S. was able to maintain a state of civil war in Syria, thereby preventing the Russian-backed Iran-Iraq-Syria pipeline from taking shape, and keeping the American dream of a Qatar-Turkey to Europe pipeline alive for a little while longer. Russian military intervention in Syria greatly complicated that plan, which is why the U.S. needed to divert Russian attention away from Syria.
Once the U.S. was finally able to provoke Russia into taking military action in Ukraine, Russian oil and gas pipelines to Europe could be targeted, using the war as the scapegoat. Enter the all too familiar mainstream disinformation blitzkrieg to hide American involvement and it’s back to business as usual. However, an honest, dispassionate look at the Russian assets that have been targeted during this conflict should be instructive.

September 26, 2022 – Nord Stream 2 pipeline is bombed.
September 26, 2022 – Nord Stream 1 pipeline is likewise bombed 17 hours later.
October 8, 2022 – Kerch Bridge connecting Crimean to Russia is bombed*.
*Not only is the bridge vital for supplying Crimea and the Russian naval port of Sevastopol, but the Kerch strait is critically important for exporting oil from Russia’s Sea of Azov ports
October 13, 2022 – several arrested in foiled sabotage attempt of TurkStream.
February 28, 2023 – a Rosneft oil refinery in the Krasnodar Krai town of Tuapse is bombed.
March 4, 2023 – Transneft-Druzhba oil pipeline in Russia’s Belgorod Oblast is bombed.
April 29, 2023 – an oil depot at Sevastopol in Crimea is bombed.
May 3, 2023 – an oil depot near the Kerch Bridge is bombed.
August 12, 2023 – Ukraine fires 3 missiles at Kerch Bridge, which were shot down.
Is the true culprit behind these overt attacks on Russia’s ability to deliver oil and gas to Europe not blatantly obvious? Who, besides the U.S., benefits from these attacks?
Further, does anyone actually believe the Europeans don’t want less expensive fuel to heat their homes and power their cars? Or the economic growth and corresponding job opportunities that would result if they weren’t made to suffer from the fallout of U.S. mandated sanctions against Russia and Iran?
The oft-repeated US-EU threat of “sanctions from hell” always was a two-fold plan:
1) to provoke Putin into invading Ukraine, while
2) increasing European dependence upon U.S.-controlled oil and gas and military assistance, thus benefiting the owners of Big Oil and the Military Industrial Complex (MIC).
The goal of the former would also be to financially bankrupt the Russian state, turn its citizens against their government and isolate Moscow, while the latter would continue crippling the European economy enough to keep them under American boot-heels. At least that’s how the plan was sold to the policy-makers.
The Best Laid Plans of Mice and Men
Just as 12 years of the “Arab Spring” with no U.S. backed pipeline or any end in sight has proven to be yet another catastrophic miscalculation, the Ukrainian smokescreen won’t keep Russia, much less the rest of the world, distracted indefinitely from what is going on in the Middle East. Nor should anyone expect U.S. “allies” in Europe to remain loyal to a greatly weakened and increasingly more erratic (and harmful to their own interests) American empire in its final death throes.
Hoping the “Iraqi Freedom” template was going to work in Syria, and that they’d be building their pipeline by year’s end in 2011 turned out to be another intellectually bankrupt foreign policy blunder. And now the U.S. has doubled down in Ukraine, only to find that it’s American military hardware, rather than Russian hardware, that’s being depleted faster than it can be replaced, as are Ukrainian ground forces and support personnel.

The U.S. has grossly underestimated both Russian tenacity as well as Russian military hardware, the latter of which is vastly superior to that of the U.S. and U.K. The U.S. and U.K. together could not defeat Russia, much less defeat both Russia and China, which is exactly where this conflict is headed.
Two words should be enough to sum up the dismal failure of the bloated American Military Industrial Complex and the oxymoronic “Christian Zionist” U.S. foreign policy that drives it: hypersonic missiles.
Neither the U.S. nor the U.K. possess hypersonic missile technology, nor the capability of defending against it. However, Russia and China do.
And for those who may not remember, the same year (2005) that Russia and China began conducting joint military exercises, Iran and Syria entered into a mutual defense pact to counter the increasing threats posed by Washington, that categorizes both Middle Eastern countries as “rogue states”. What else could Syria and Iran do after witnessing what the U.S. did and is still doing in Iraq?
With Russian attention seemingly focused on Ukraine, American and British attempts to salvage their plans in the Middle East will only become increasingly more desperate, inevitably escalating into a larger conflict with Iran, Iraq, Syria and Turkey, that will draw both Russia and China into the third world war. The Ashkenazi Israelis will make sure of that, just in case oil and blood-thirsty American imperialism should lose its chutzpah, or the oil denial policy is forgotten.
The Zionist Plan for a “Greater (counterfeit) Israel” in both the Middle East and Ukraine

The latter consists of weakening and eventually fracturing neighboring Arab states as part of an Israeli expansionist project.

In comments to local media posted on the president’s official website on Tuesday, Zelenskyy stressed that his vision for Ukraine’s post-conflict future included having armed forces in “all institutions, supermarkets, cinemas, there will be people with weapons”.
Zelenskyy, who is [AshkeNAZI counterfeit-]Jewish, has on several occasions stressed the importance of maintaining close ties with [counterfeit] Israel, which he hailed as a model for Ukraine.

This should hopefully answer why the southern and eastern portions of Ukraine are being systematically levelled while the oil and gas is still flowing from Russia to and through Ukraine, uninterrupted. The oil and gas must continue to flow despite the destructive U.S. sponsored Zionist plans to grow.
Strait from the Persian Gulf…
The Strait of Hormuz is the world’s most important oil transit chokepoint. Over 20% of the world’s total global petroleum liquids consumption, or roughly one-third of the total global seaborne traded oil, runs the gauntlet through this 90-nm long strait between the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman, bordered by Iran to the north and the UAE to the south. That’s why the U.S. wants the Qatar-Turkey pipeline, to avoid the Strait of Hormuz and the Iranians from stopping the oil transiting the Strait of Hormuz, so the U.S. can attack Iran and the oil will still flow West. Bashar Al-Assad won’t permit the U.S.-backed Qatar-Turkey pipeline to transit Syria, because Syria is allied with Iran, which is why the Americans are fomenting civil-war in Syria to try to remove Assad and replace him with a U.S. puppet. The U.S. plan has been stymied by Syrian and Iranian ally, Russia, which is another reason for the U.S. proxy war against Russia in Ukraine.
The Iranians have repeatedly threatened to close the Strait of Hormuz, e.g. in 2008, 2011, 2016, 2018, 2019, and 2020, in retaliation for the economic sanctions and other forms of attacks that have been levied against them. However, rising tensions in the area over the past few months, with the US and Iran confiscating commercial tanker ships, has led to the U.S. sending additional forces to the Persian Gulf, increasing the prospects of a direct confrontation between Washington and Tehran.

The Beginning of the End of the Petrodollar
BRICS is an acronym describing Brazil*, Russia, India, China and South Africa, the founding nations of a new, alternate global economic system to challenge Western dominance and the present global economic system. The acronym was coined in 2001 by an economist to describe the fastest-growing states, which are predicted to collectively dominate the global economy in the future. A future independent of the petrodollar-controlled international monetary system (through the IMF, WTO, BIS, World Bank, etc.).
*Brazil is the leading oil producing nation in South America, and 9th in the world
BRICS is often considered a counterweight to the Group of Seven (G.7) democracies consisting of the U.S.; Canada; France; the U.K.; Germany; Italy and Japan.
The BRICS expansion announced on August 24, 2023 includes Saudi Arabia, Iran, UAE, Egypt, and Argentina, meaning most of the world’s oil (80%) including almost all of the oil in the Middle East, is going into the Russian organization, along with Egyptian control of the Suez Canal.
Don’t forget the U.S. oil-denial policy in the Middle East, and that it was Saudi Arabia who made the petrodollar possible, in exchange for U.S. military protection, including protection against the former Soviet Union and Iran. The same Saudi Arabia that back in January, as the world’s largest crude oil exporter, opened discussions on oil trade settlements in currencies other than the U.S. dollar.
How could these recent developments in and around the Persian Gulf not be viewed as “an assault on the vital interests of the United States of America”, as former U.S. president Jimmy Carter framed it in his January 23, 1980 State of the Union Address? Is it really a mystery what comes next?
How long will the world – including the American people, who have a duty to throw off such a despotic, self-destructive government – remain oblivious to, or put up with, the kamikaze course being set by this too-big-of-a-blunder-not-to-fail U.S. foreign policy?
