Re: W8807 Tony Farrell’s Complaint
Dear Nadine,
Thank-you for informing me of the ‘O’ Team’s decision regarding my complaint.

Dear Tony
The Deputy Ombudsman and I have now discussed your complaint at length and consider that the matter you have brought to our attention is outside our jurisdiction as it is not an administrative matter but a managerial decision based on a perceived security risk.
You may wish to arrange an appointment with CAB for legal advice on the merits of challenging the decision.
Kind regards
Nadine
What does ‘perceived security risk’ mean please?
The reason why I ask this question is because all I have personally done is told the government and significant others the truth about some deadly serious security risk issues.
Please explain to me why I am considered a security-risk? Why is merely telling the truth a security risk? The truth can only be a security-risk to a government or establishment built on lies, and determined to maintain those lies.
I approached the Public Services Ombudsman in the hope that the so-called ‘Venice Principles’ which your organisation is supposed to adhere to might somehow have some meaning, and that your organisation might value truth more than falsehood. However, I take the viewpoint from this cowardly decision that such basic principles have been fearfully abandoned by the ombudsman in this instance.
Why is everyone in Gibraltar afraid of the government?
When the people fear the government there is tyranny. When the government fears the people (it is supposed to serve) there is liberty, and a people will always get the government it deserves.
Isaiah 28:15 Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves:
Neither does your suggestion for me to approach CAB for legal advice on the merits of challenging the decision get well-received by me, or The Gibraltar Messenger. The UNLAWFUL legal system in place here is not interested in the difference between truth and falsehood. Here in Gibraltar, it is set up merely to preserve the status quo, and allow such things as democide to take place unchallenged. Sadly, I fear your organisation, by this awful decision, has made itself complicit in such evil.
I will not be approaching any member of the legal profession for help on this matter.
Best wishes.
Tony Farrell
