Further to the submission of my addendum report dated 5th November 2024, The Gibraltar Messenger has asked me to write to you again to urge you to watch the latest bombshell address by Mike Yeadon, the former Vice President of Pfizer. You may recall, Mike Yeadon first featured prominently in my “95 Theses Policing The Corona State” dated 7th July 2021.

Therefore, in writing to you at the specific request of The Gibraltar Messenger, the liberty has been taken to further refresh you with a “Rich Picture” of the vitally important intelligence submissions received since my last detailed submission in relation to “The Lie of The Needle” associated with Picardo and Steel’s JABS2GIB project.
Please see the tabulated data appended to this open letter. Data consists of seventeen new insightful links provided for the Royal Gibraltar Police’s further edification. The compiled list from this intervening period could quite easily have been much larger.
We note in particular that since the submission of my addendum report, Helen Carter continues to relentlessly utilise the deep state’s mainstream media outlets, such as the GBC, and the Gibraltar Chronicle, in order to further promote the next round of poisonous Pfizer clot-shots to further harm physically and spiritually the remaining unawakened and gullible sheeple – those still willing to roll-up their sleeves in furtherance of Picardo’s JABS2GIB extended plandemic.
Little if any incisive blow-back has been seen from the beleaguered RGP in order to bring a halt to the government’s medical tyranny and mass-murder (Sol. 14:21). So, we have jointly decided to place this latest correspondence to you on the Gibraltar Messenger website, as an open letter online, where readers will be encouraged to access both my original crime report, as submitted to you dated 24th July 2024, plus my previously mentioned addendum. The RGP are meant to protect the public, not stand-down, and do nothing to stop the rot, while with sheepish submissiveness watch the mass democide unfold, as if from a box at the theatre. Men become complicit in the evil they fail to oppose.

In my latest round of intelligence submissions, there are two somewhat weird looking links from a combined wider list of seventeen. The less obvious looking links cover the very recent resignation of the former Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby, who, like the idiots before him, was installed to destroy the Church of England and Christianity from within.

Welby’s former position has traditional links to Royalty, albeit via fake unGodly ceremonial processes. Welby, as you may well know, resigned amid the fallout from a long-running sexual abuse scandal. An independent investigation found that Welby had failed to inform police about serial physical and sexual abuse by a volunteer at Christian summer camps as soon as he became aware of it. This decision came after significant pressure and calls for his resignation from within the Church of England and beyond, which has fresh serious implications affecting the current frail and fake king Charles Battenberg, the pretend monarch who candidly supports an evil WEF depopulation agenda and Great Reset. Welby infamously encouraged people to get vaccinated by deviously invoking the teachings of Jesus.
In an interview, Welby, who, like all the other so-called Christian priests, does not and never has worked for Christ (Matt. 23:8-9), erroneously emphasized that getting vaccinated is an act of loving one’s neighbour, which aligns with Jesus’ teachings (Matt. 22:39). Welby incorrectly stated that vaccination reduces the chances of getting ill and, consequently, the chances of infecting others. Welby framed this as a moral issue, suggesting that following Jesus’ example means taking steps to protect others, including getting vaccinated.

Welby’s stance on COVID-19 vaccination attracted criticism from some within the broader Christian community. Critics argued that his framing of vaccination as a moral duty and an act of loving one’s neighbour was divisive and potentially alienating to those who chose not to break God’s Law by taking part in pharmacy/witchcraft (Gal. 5:19) by getting injected with poison, and for various other reasons. Some felt that his comments implied that unvaccinated individuals were being selfish or unchristian, which sparked debate and controversy. Just like Charles Mountbatten-Windsor, Welby has been deeply involved with the satanic World Economic Forum (WEF). He has contributed to Klaus Schwab’s agenda and participated in discussions on various global issues in contemplating broader societal challenges beyond his ecclesiastical duties.

“One of the most troubling occurrences during Covid-19 was the collusion of formal religion with the supranational military-industrial-banking complex to induce our compliance with unlawful, unscientific and downright harmful Covid-19 policies.
Not only was religion used as a tool to manipulate people to comply with political decrees, it was also used to propagate fear. The speed at which church doors were shut whilst big business continued its trading was anathema to most people. When places of worship did open, people had the fear of (science) God put into them by the corporate media, politicians and their trusted religious leaders alike. Sanitising rituals were demanded upon entry, social distancing within churches was enforced with tape and stickers, and various religious practices were modified or curtailed.”
Notwithstanding Mike Yeadon’s latest talk, as already recommended for you by The Gibraltar Messenger, the other weird link I would wish to personally single-out, stems from one other Richard, that being a former colleague of yours – Richard Mifsud – of Semper Recte Facimus fame. Mifsud’s Latin seemingly translates as “We Always Do It Right”.
Perhaps, the $64,000 dollar question for you, in the twilight of your own high-ranking career in the police service is this: Will you do what is right? Will you start the process off which sets aside the evil from Gibraltar’s midst, or will you instead, by doing nothing, allow the evil to triumph?
