He isn’t speculating – he’s offering evidence of a well-orchestrated, premeditated crime against humanity.
“We have to get clear on the facts, because there’s the facts, and then there’s the media hype that was created,” Dr. David Martin said.
Martin is the founder and Chairman of M·CAM Inc., the international leader in innovation finance, trade, and intangible asset finance. His background is extensive – including that of being a biological weapons inspector. His accomplishments and levels of expertise can be read on his website.
Martin says, “follow the patents”, which his company M·CAM did long before the world ever heard of SARS-Cov-2.

In the embedded Part 1 interview, Martin begins by taking us back to 2002, when he provided his first briefing to intelligence and law enforcement agencies on what we call coronavirus.
One of the things that M•Cam did was tag anomalies in patent data that appeared to be potentially violations of biological and chemical weapons laws, not only in the United States, but also around the world, he said.
In April 2002, Ralph Baric, of the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, filed the patent on an infectious replication defective clone of coronavirus.
“What made this particular patent so bizarre is when you take a step back and examine it, it actually wasn’t a virus. It was something designed using a viral model, but it was specifically to be using a viral model as a technology. So this whole idea of SARS or SARS COV actually doesn’t exist in nature at all. This was something that was developed and engineered to be a mechanism of taking something that had historically has been a pathogen that targets the gastrointestinal system – it targets sometimes a lung condition like a cold, or a cough, or a flu-like symptom, which is dated back to the 1950s – but now all of the sudden, you have this guy who has it target heart tissue, target other tissues. And you sit there and say, why would you do that? Why would you take something that maybe makes you have something like diarrhoea, or the sniffles, and then have it target the heart?” Martin questioned.
SARS-COV 1 and 2 are not naturally occurring phenomenon. They are engineered technologies using some of the information encoded in what we call a coronavirus, but that technology is used for human-defined purposes, he explains.
Martin points out that in April 2019, Moderna filed four patent applications that had been previously rejected, which included wording that Martin considered a red flag.
“They made reference to an accidental or an intentional release of a respiratory pathogen.”
Dr. Martin said this is modification to the patent wording was an admission of a crime.
Gibraltar Messenger: He explains about the word “release” in detail and that’s important. The fact that it did not escape, but was “released” proves it was done purposefully and was NOT an accident.
Why would a company which has never made a commercial product ever, and which has never had any expertise in respiratory pathogens amend patent filings that had been rejected to include the language ‘accidential or intentional release of respiratory pathogen’ if someone wasn’t preparing to release a respiratory pathogen? Martin asked.
A few months later, the World Health Organization used the same phrase:
In September 2019 – The WHO said they were going to conduct a world-wide exercise with “accidental or intentional release of a lethal respiratory pathogen.”
And in October 2019 – Event 201 was held as a deskstop exercise. The script was the same script used in December 2019, when the world first learned of a virus coming out of China.
He also noted that in Spring of 2020, they changed the definition of what a vaccine was – they mislabeled it, which was a clear and compelling Federal Trade Commission deceptive medical practices case.
Experimental Gene Therapy
Up until April 2020, both at BioNTech and Moderna listed the mRNA injections as “experimental gene therapy”, classified as such by the FDA.
That’s not Martin’s opinion, it’s straight from BioNTech and Moderna’s SEC filings.
“Currently, mRNA is considered a gene therapy product by the FDA. Unlike certain gene therapies that irreversibly alter cell DNA and could act as a source of side effects, mRNA-based medicines are designed not to irreversibly change cell DNA; however side effects observed in gene therapy could negatively impact the perception of mRNA medicines despite the differences in mechanisms...”
If they had actually told the public it was an experimental gene therapy, the public would not have taken it, he said.

In multiple past interviews, Martin made it clear that the injections are not vaccines, they are sythetic pathogens.
“The fact is, when you inject mRNA into a human being, which is what the current manipulations are, that mRNA makes the human body produce a scheduled toxin – and by ‘scheduled toxin’, I mean the spike protein modeled after the coronavirus spike protein and we need to be clear on the fact that by all of their own admission, the spike protein that the injection manufactures is a computer-simulation of a chimera of the spike protein of coronavirus. “This particular injection that we’re dealing with right now — this particular injection is an mRNA model, computer generated, not derived from a living or an organic material — this is a computer simulation of an mRNA strand which was thought to be a means by which we could turn the human body into a pathogen creator. The Fauci Dossier
Dr. Martin published the Fauci Dossier in April 2021, which had thousands of patents that proved the pandemic was actually premeditated, architected, and engineered. It is a public document made up of 205 pages, with 22 years of research for humanity TO USE and PROSECUTE.
The Lawsuit
On 4 March 2022, Martin filed a lawsuit, Griner v. Biden et al., in the U.S. District Court in Utah on behalf of Devan Griner, MD. In what he calls a “multi-step process,” Martin explains the first lawsuit will put into the public record “that the COVID vaccine is not a vaccine.” Instead, Martin explains the Injections are experimental gene therapies “known to kill people, known to actually stay inside of the human body for over 60 days producing pathogens that are scheduled toxins.” Besides naming Joe Biden, defendants included Xavier Becerra of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), as well as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and its leaders.
Martin explains that the first lawsuit is in part litigation for discovery — revealing the criminal conspiracy Martin has talked about for years — as much as it is a litigation for the facts, as both are equally important…“We wrote this case so that the immunity shield falls away from the manufacturers and all of the injuries and deaths become civil liabilities to the manufacturers.”
As illustrated in the screenshot, Moderna (Pfizer uses the same technology) recognizes that its mRNA platform is not a vaccine. Instead, it is “gene therapy in the form of biological software” developed to genetically “hack” the machinery of human cells to construct a specific protein.

Martin asks, “Does that sound like a public health emergency to you or does that sound like a statement of treason?”
2016
One year after this statement was the announcement that the Wuhan Insitute of Virology Virus 1 was “poised for human emergence”.
Martin said the University North Carolina at Chapel Hill funded by NIAID, developed and violated the International Convention on Biological and Chemical Weapons — by taking a foreign uploaded model of SARS-CoV-2, and turning it into a recombinant, chimeric pathogen — which they said, and I quote, was poised for human emergence. And poised for human emergence not in 2019 as we’ve been told by the propaganda — but that publication was published in February of 2016. Published from work that was done from 2013 to 2015.
2018
They changed the definition of “adverse event” following immunization so that the only things that can be counted as adverse effects were already published in the literature as a potential adverse event.
Then, they use an agent that has never been used and created an environment in which the manufacturers could lie telling the legal truth.
“This never was about a disease, this never was about an infection, this was never even about a virus, this was about creating the media hype that they told the world they were going to do in 2015 and the world was asleep.”
Martin Speaks Before Parliaments Offering More Insights
Speaking at the UK Parliamentary hearing hosted by MP Andrew Brigden on 4 December 2023, Martin said:
“There is no question that the entirety of what we’ve been through over the last four years has been merely an orchestration to assault the liberties of people here in this country and around the world, pretending that this is some sort of public health emergency, pretending this is a justification, for the inconceivable threat to liberties and the violation of human rights is nothing more than to give lip service to tyrants.”
“The fact of the matter the evidence starts here in the UK in 1966 – your own Wellcome Trust was the one who decided to fund the coronavirus as the preferred form of human manipulation in 1966. It was one year later, that the US and the UK got into an agreement that said we were going to modify and manipulate coronavirus to see what could be done to infect ‘a healthy population’.”
“In 2011, an anti-trust collusion between the Wellcome Trust, The Rockefeller Foundation, the Gates Foundation, and the Chinese CDC got together and established a mandate that said by 2020 the world would accept a universal vaccine.”
They actually identified back then that coronavirus might just be the thing that was needed for that to happen. Keep in mind that the WHO had officially declared coronavirus an irradiated disease.
“That is an act of domestic and international terrorism; and that’s the admission of that act.”
“In 2002, you see the first patent filed on the synthetic coronavirus which was patented to be infectious and replication defective. What that means is it was weaponized. That’s not an allegation that’s a statement of fact because in 2005, you see the vita of Baric line 57 that says Synthetic Coronaviruses: biohacking, biological warfare enabling technology.”
“They were actually building biological weapons. I’m a biological weapons inspector, I know of what I speak.”
Martin also brought up Eliza Manningham-Buller, who was the head of the Wellcome Trust board of trustees, and who happened to be at the same time the head of MI5. She was the one who sat at the helm of Covid when the Sept 19th launch of the campaign began.
“You cannot escape the fact that MI5 was directly involved in the premeditation and distribution of this particular campaign of terror. Criminals exist in every strata of this government and we need to be able to point that out. The motive – profit with impunity,” said Martin.
Speaking at the European Union Parliament in Brussels on the 3rd of May 2023 at the 3rd International Covid Summit, Martin said:
From the transcript – “The COVID-19 pandemic was premeditated domestic terrorism and a ‘biological weapon of genocide.’ Dr. Martin said evidence shows the coronavirus was isolated as a model pathogen in 1965 and that by 1990, Pfizer filed a patent for a spike protein vaccine. What Martin uncovered is information that suggests Covid-19 was far from being an overnight phenomenon, but has actually been orchestrated over the course of more than five decades. It is a remarkable narrative, the timeline of which David outlined in detail.”
He opened by saying that a decade ago he sat before the EU Parliament warning them that the weaponization of nature against humanity had dire consequences. He spoke in reference to Europe adopting the United States policy of allowing for the patents on biologically derived materials.
“The pandemic that we alleged to have happen in the last few years also did not happen overnight. Most of you don’t know that Coronavirus as a model of a pathogen was isolated in 1965. Coronavirus was identified as one of the first infectious, replicable viral models that could be used to modify a series of other experiences of human condition.”
“In 1966, the very first COV Coronavirus model was used as a transatlantic biological experiment in human manipulation. We had the first Trans-Atlantic coronavirus data sharing experiment between the United States and the United Kingdom. In 1967, we did the first human trials on inoculating people with modified coronavirus.”
“Where were we as a human civilization when we thought it was an acceptable thing to do to take a pathogen for the United States and infect the world with it?”
“Ironically, the common cold was turned into a chimera in the 1970s, and in 1975, 1976 and 1977, we started figuring out how to modify coronavirus by putting it into different animals – pigs and dogs. Dog breeders and pigs found that coronavirus created gastrointestinal problems, and that became the basis for Pfizer’s first spike protein coronavirus vaccine, which it filed a patent for in 1990, but they found out they didn’t work.”

Martin tells the EU Parliament about the 2002 patent:
“But then we had an interesting development in 2002, and this date is most important because in 2002, the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill patented, and I quote, an infectious replication defective clone of coronavirus.”
“It means something meant to target an individual but not have collateral damage to other individuals. That’s what infectious replication defective means. Defective means a weapon.”
“I’m telling you that’s the facts, we engineered SARS. SARS 1.0 was engineered in the laboratory at UNC-Chapel Hill, it was not from a wet market in Wuhan.”
“SARS is not a naturally occurring phenomenon. The naturally occurring phenomenon is called the common cold. It’s called influenza-like illness. It’s called gastroenteritis. That’s the naturally occurring coronavirus. SARS is the research developed by humans weaponizing a life system model to actually attack human-beings, and they patented it in 2002.”
“And in April of 2003, the CDC filed the patent on coronavirus isolated from humans in violation of biological and chemical weapons treaties, and laws that we have in the United States.
