On October 30, the Ukrainian training center in Ochakov, where the attack on Sevastopol was coordinated from, was hit by Russian missiles. The Ukrainian Emergency Services reported two fires in the town after Russian missile strike, but as usual it was silent about damage to its military facilities. According to various sources, warehouses, headquarters buildings and barracks with personnel were destroyed.

Attacks by Russian missiles and drones on military and energy infrastructure facilities continue. On the morning of October 31, the Ukrainian authorities confirmed damage to energy infrastructure facilities in the Kiev, Dnepropetrovsk, Cherkasy, Kharkiv and Zaporozhye regions. Part of the railway lines in Ukraine remain without power. There are also the largest losses of energy supply throughout the country since the beginning of the Russian military operation.

Overview Of Russian Strikes On October 31: Ukraine Plunging Into Darkness

Fire at the Dnieper Hydroelectric Station

Ukraine continues plunging into darkness. Since the early morning of October 31, dozens of Russian missiles and drones have hit military and energy infrastructure facilities across the country.

Today’s missile strikes on the energy system were called “catastrophic” at an emergency meeting of the Ukrainian government in Kiev. The power grid of Ukraine, although with the maximum voltage of generation and transformer substations, already failed to provide electricity throughout Ukraine, but today it almost collapsed. So far, more than forty key facilities of Ukraine’s power grids were hit, including the largest facilities like DneproGES, Yuzhno Dniester HPP, Kanevskaya and Kremenchug HPP.

Ukrainian officials claimed that 18 targets were hit on October 31, while “the Air defense forces destroyed 44 of the 50 cruise missiles fired by the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine this morning”, according to the Air Forces of Ukraine. It is not clear how Russian forces managed to hit 18 facilities with 6 missiles. Kiev continues to hide the losses, but it can no longer hide its lies.

Due to damage to the energy infrastructure in the capital of Ukraine, about 80% of residents remain without water supply and at least 350 thousand apartments in the city were left without electricity, the mayor of the city Vitali Klitschko claimed.

There are reports that Liz Truss iPhone had been hacked by the Russians; and that they obtained a year’s worth of information. Associated with these reports is a message she sent to Antony Blinken, US Secretary of State, a minute after the Nord Stream pipelines were blown up, texting “It’s done.” – Phone Hack Reveals Ex-UK PM Liz Truss Allegedly Texted Antony Blinken “It’s Done” Minutes After Nord Stream Pipeline Sabotage

KimDotCom tweeted (3:11 PM · Oct 30, 2022):

“How do the Russians know that the UK blew up the North Stream pipelines in partnership with the US? Because @trussliz used her iPhone to send a message to @SecBlinken saying ‘It’s done’ a minute after the pipeline blew up and before anybody else knew?” Dotcom wrote, adding, “iCloud access rocks!”

The astonishing incident, disclosed by security sources, solves the mystery of why Ms Truss was forced to change the mobile number she had used for over a decade shortly before becoming Prime Minister, reported Mail Online.

Some even speculate that this hack, along with the government’s failed attempts to suppress it, led to Truss being replaced.

• According to this article, “Anti-Ship Missiles: How Ukraine Could Save Odessa from Russia?“, employing the potent Naval Strike Missile (a Norwegian-made anti-ship missile that can be ship or shoreline-based) could “protect” Odessa. To get the Naval Strike Missile to the Ukrainians, the United States would have to be involved. Or, the Neptune anti-ship cruise missiles could better protect Odessa.
