Held in May 2018, Clade X: A Global Health Security Simulation was a pandemic modelling exercise led by Johns Hopkins University’s Center for Health Security. The exercise was named after a hypothetical novel virus, and simulated efforts to counter a fast-moving and deadly epidemic released on purpose by a terrorist group consisting of scientists and their rich backers wanting to reduce overpopulation. In the simulation, the hypothetical pandemic resulted in 900 million simulated deaths. The exercise was co-hosted by the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI).
In March 2021, NTI partnered with the Munich Security Conference to conduct a tabletop exercise on reducing high-consequence biological threats. The Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI) virtual tabletop exercise is described in this report; from the Executive Summary:
The exercise scenario portrayed a deadly, global pandemic involving an unusual strain of monkeypox virus that emerged in the fictional nation of Brinia and spread globally over 18 months. Ultimately, the exercise scenario revealed that the initial outbreak was caused by a terrorist attack using a pathogen engineered in a laboratory with inadequate biosafety and biosecurity provisions and weak oversight. By the end of the exercise, the fictional pandemic resulted in more than three billion cases and 270 million fatalities worldwide.
In a 2022 interview, Dr. David Martin, CEO and Chairman of MCam®, asked why this was carried out by the Nuclear Threat Initiative, which was founded by Justin Moskowicz, co-founder of Facebook. “Why would anyone be looking there for something regarding a matter of public health?” Dr. Martin pointed out that Moskowicz’s Sherlock Biological Sciences has the first emergency use to edit the human genome using CRISPR (Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats) technology under the cover of covid19.
Biotech analyst and med-legal expert, Karen Kingston published “COVID-19 Injections Contain Multi-Species Pox Virus mRNA per Patent” (August 19, 2024). Within the first embedded video, she brings up the medical disaster film “Outbreak”. The film focuses on an outbreak of Motaba, a fictional ebola-like virus affecting a small US town, Zaire, CA; and incidently, a real-life outbreak of the Ebola virus was occurring in Zaire when the film was released. Kingston stated that Bill Gates said the way the military wanted to address the situation in that movie was “the way to go”. The way the military wanted to respond was to bomb the town. “That’s the no-regrets approach,” she said, that the Nuclear Threat Initiative (NTI) wrote of in its report.
We cannot afford to be reactive. We must build our public health and medical systems to be anticipatory, responding energetically and proactively in the face of uncertainty — taking what humanitarian and crisis response communities describe as a “no regrets” approach.
The PHEIC Plan
August 14, 2024 – The Who declares Mon(k)eypox a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) followed hard on the heels of its invitation to mpox vaccine manufacturers to submit dossiers for Emergency Use Listings (EULs). The WHO anticipated an immediate funding requirement of an initial US$ 15 million to support surveillance, preparedness and response activities. To allow for an immediate scale up, WHO has released US$ 1.45 million from the WHO Contingency Fund for Emergencies and may need to release more in the coming days.
Health Emergency
“EULs enable UNICEF and GAVI to buy unlicensed medicines for distribution to low-income countries. The combination of EUL and PHEIC also means the manufacturers can expect to use the people of low-income countries… as guinea pigs, liability free,” wrote Paula Jardin in The making of monkeypox, Part One.
One anticipatory response was when the WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus declared a PHEIC for monkeypox in July 2022, without the consent of his advisory committee. The highly inappropriate PCR test is again being recommended, reports the World Counsel for Health in Monkeypox reality check.
Beijing BGI-GBI Biotech Co. has joined the support of global efforts to control and eventually eliminate this PHEIC by developing the Monkeypox Virus (MPV) Detection Kit, which utilizes PCR-fluorescence probing technology. [See also Beware of the Covid 1984 PCR test – your life depends upon it].
“One reason Tedros gave, which was likely the overriding consideration, was ‘to accelerate research into the use of vaccines, therapeutics and other tools’. In fact the day before Tedros announced the PHEIC, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) said that Imvanex, a live modified vaccinia Ankara (MVA) (smallpox) vaccine manufactured by Bavarian Nordic, was considered a potential vaccine against monkeypox, due to the similarity between the two viruses. The PHEIC doubtlessly unlocks Bavarian Nordic’s standing contract with the US Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) for this vaccine, that expires in 2026 and is worth up to $1.03billion,” wrote Paula Jardin in The making of monkeypox, Part One.
Gain-of-Function Mutation Found in Monkeypox – A report by Kannan and others indicated that what happened in 2022 almost certainly occurred because of a gain-of-function mutation in one or more genes within the Monkeypox virus.

US Government has created a fake shortage of vaccine
The United States Government USG already owns 16 million doses, stored frozen in Denmark, and had spent well over $1 Billion on Jynneos vaccines before Moneypox was identified in the West.
Despite the Denmark factory’s “fill and finish” facility being completed in 2021, and despite the USG allotting $44 million for “qualification” of that same facility in January 2019, the FDA only got around to finishing its inspection on July 27, 2022.
Supposedly this prevented the US from getting its hands on any of its supply stored overseas. Duh? And the USG ordered 1.4 million doses as recently as 2020, yet to be delivered.
Because of the vaccine shortage, existing vaccine will get a liability waiver
Jynneos is licensed, and is being used for its labelled indication (prevention of Moneypox) so the manufacturer is liable for injuries. The USG might also be liable, if it steered you wrong about the safety or efficacy of the vaccine…or if it hid a study it had conducted, for example.
But since we have a shortage, the USG in its benevolence and wisdom is going to dilute it and give recipients instead a 20% dose, administered intradermally instead of subcutaneously. But in order to make this kosher (kosher for whom?) the DHHS and FDA are issuing the vaccine an emergency use authorization, and we all know what that means. You can’t sue anybody even if the vaccine kills you. They must have been planning to do so for awhile, because on August 9 FDA rolled out a “Fact Sheet” for the EUA’d Jynneos, which will supercede its label.
A Cover Story
On May 25, 2022, Stew Peters interviewed Karen Kingston to discuss documents that prove that monkeypox is a man-made pathogen embedded into the SARS-CoV-2 mRNA ‘vaccines’ and a cover-up for vaccine-associated auto-immune disease (VAIDS), as well as 5G radiation exposure.

• U.S. and Canadian researchers filed a patent in China filed for encoding “monkeypox mRNA” as a latent virus into the SARS-CoV-2 mRNA found in Pfizer’s and Moderna’s COVID-19 mRNA injections.
• A May 24, 2022, peer-review study out of China confirmed 20 patients presented with “subdermal blistering of the skin” (aka “monkeypox) after receiving a Pfizer or Moderna mRNA booster injection.
Kingston also noted that the World Council for Health called out the WHO for using old shingles images from the CDC, Getty and other stock photos on the internet to create the monkeypox propaganda in 2022.

Dr Martin asks if it is possible that we are going to have an announcement that we have a new outbreak, but in fact we are building a series of toxins that are engineering the world to think we have an outbreak of a new pathology when, if you examine the data, we may be finding nature’s descriptors to deal with multi-injected populations who are going to have fatalities, not from monkeypox, not from swine flu, not from bird flu but, in fact from the injections.
“This is in effect a cover story in which we take all the symptoms those people are going to present with and present them as a new pathogen.”
A very convenient narrative! We know that the excess deaths only started after we started injecting the spike proteins and all sorts of other things that go into the cocktail. Now we are looking for the basket of pathogens that are outbreaking conveniently as we time the fatalities associated with the injection.
If you look at the labs that have been doing the monkeypox work you have the perfect cover, with new outbreaks disguising the deaths from the injection.
In the video, Dr. Martin also reiterates that the WHO is a criminal organization led by Bill Gates, Rockefellers and the Wellcome Trust.
The current vaccine

The CDC began a study of the Jynneos vaccine in the DRC in 2017 and finished recruiting by September 2020, according to the required notification in ClinicalTrials.gov. The idea was to vaccinate people most susceptible to monkeypox and see how many got monkeypox, and what the side effects were. CDC has a lot of data… Where is CDC’s briefing on this study’s results? Two of the same scientists who hyped the natural origin of COVID are now trying to explain the excessive number of mutations in the current Moneypox variant.

Two existing vaccines, Jynneos and ACAM2000, which were originally approved for smallpox, have been deployed to fight the disease. Both vaccines have been linked to severe side effects including myocarditis, pericarditis, general, progressive, and severe vaccinia, fetal death, inflammation of the brain and spinal cord, ocular complications and blindness.
Note that BioNTech (producer of the most widely used mRNA Covid injections) had already done tests in 2013 to make their new Mpox product available if an emergency situation might grant an emergency approval. BioNTech had already reported successful animal studies in mice and macaques for its injection candidate against Mpox, named BNT-166. Should BioNtech now jump on the Mpox vaccine market, please remember that despite being in the red, they announced 90% of their expected income for 2024 (3 billion euros) to occur in October 2024.
Monkeypox – Here come the vaccines… According to anonymous “experts” quoted in the Evening Standard, the new variant is “associated with a more severe disease and higher mortality rates”.
South African group refutes WHO’s declaration of an mpox emergency and warns the public about the risks of the vaccines – South Africa “Vaccine” Injury Medico-Legal Study Group (“SAVIMS”) has released a press statement to say that it does not support the Africa CDC and World Health Organisation declaration of a global health emergency for monkeypox… “We warn members of the public about the inherent risks of taking any vaccine, including those proposed for mpox, of which the effectiveness and safety have not been reliably determined … There can be no justification for a vaccine with unknown adverse effects,” SAVIMS says.

Currently, BioNTech is building its first commercial African vaccine factory in Rwanda. The focus here also includes mRNA vaccines against Mpox.”
Development of mRNA-mpox vaccines

Helping Bavarian Nordic make money on its smallpox vaccine is one thing, but the 2022 PHEIC also propelled mRNA-mpox vaccines into development.
On May 23 2023 Moderna announced they were beginning pre-clinical work on an mRNA vaccine. They are sure to be amongst the EUL applicants. By August 15 2023, as part of their ten-year strategic collaboration with the UK government, Moderna and the NHS began recruiting 350 healthy volunteers who hadn’t previously been vaccinated for mpox or smallpox to participate in the mPower phase 1 & 2 clinical trial of Moderna’s new mpox vaccine mRNA-1769.
In September 2023 CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations – cofounded by Bill Gates) kicked in $90million of funding to BioNTech, Moderna’s rival, to get it working on a new vaccine.
It would seem that the real reason for the second monkeypox PHEIC is to facilitate large scale phase 3 testing of these mRNA vaccines.
“They’re planning the sequence of events where they can actually cascade another terror campaign, which then triggers not only the need for allegedly another medical countermeasure, but it also this time is going to involve the other piece that they failed to achieve with the covid campaign, which is the eradication of cash-based transactions in commercial interaction because it turns out that one of the things that they desparately need to do is to make sure that they have central control on the flow of value exchange and the mapping of the networks associated with that.” – Dr. David Martin.

Word on the streets of Gibraltar is they will not accept another pandemic vaccine. But will these people keep their word when T.H.E.Y. ramp up the fear, with images/cases of children having the pox? Afterall, Bill Gates warned the next pandemic would be worse. It’s most likely going to get worse, because people are still allowing the tyranny.
