By The King of kings and Lord of lords
It is hereby decreed, by Christ, The King, Lord, Governor, and Chief Justice of Gibraltar, the United Kingdom, the United States, the British/Israelite Commonwealth and the rest of the world that:
My Disciple Anthony Farrell is free to live and move about Gibraltar as he sees fit, under this Royal Decree and the Royal Law of Liberty that I gave to the British/Israelite people at Mt. Horeb in Sinai via Moses, found in the first five books of the Holy Bible.
Isa. 61:1 The Spirit of the Lord “I AM” [is] upon me; because the “I AM” hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the poor; He hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind; and the opening of the prison to [them that are] bound;
Anthony Farrell is NOT a “prohibited immigrant”; he is my Disciple, and thus welcome anywhere in my Kingdom, to continue my work. Also, there is NO “90 day limit” for my Disciples and followers and British Citizens in any country in my Kingdom.
Should any of you attempt to deport him or them, or wrongfully imprison him or them, or do anything except love him and them as you’ve been COMMANDED to do with one another (Mark 12:29-31), you will not only suffer the consequences of your continued disobedience in this lifetime, but will spend eternity in The Lake of Fire. Please think about that very carefully, as if your lives depend upon it, because they do.
My Father has sent me here to set this world straight, and return it to sanity under His Law, and His Law ONLY, which will not only solve all of Gibraltar’s problems, but those of the entire world. YOU have allowed a small group of filthy rich individuals to rule over you instead of Us and are all needlessly suffering as a result. Is it not clear to you by now that you are going in the WRONG direction under the leadership of greedy, evil people? Can you really not see that your leaders are hell-bent on putting an end to all flesh on Earth through endless wars and the chemical and pharmaceutical poisons they dupe you into taking (Isa. 3:12; Gal. 5:19-21), and the 5G-EMF-microwave radiation poisoning?
As my Father has sent me, so have I sent my disciples out into the world, just as I did 2000 years ago, to bring My Message of PEACE and REPENTANCE. Those who continue in open rebellion against me, my Father and His Law are going to burn for it (Mal. 4; Rev. 20:12-15), as We have been warning you for the past 6000 years. This is a maximum-security prison-planet reform school for the criminally insane, which is more evil now than it has ever been, or ever will be (Matt. 24:21-22). All because of your continued refusal to listen and do as you’re told, for everyone’s benefit.
There are many among you who will read this Royal Proclamation with disbelief, exactly as I prophesied would happen during my Second Coming, because of YOUR lack of faith and YOUR spiritual blindness. It is again just like the times of Noah and the days of Lot, when it rained fire and brimstone from heaven on Sodom and destroyed them all.
Luke 18:7-8
18:7 And shall not God avenge His own Elect, which cry day and night unto Him, though He bear long with them?
18:8 I tell YOU that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of Man cometh, shall he find Faith on the Earth?
If you need proof of Who I am, and of my authority, then do as you’ve been told and search the Scriptures (Matt. 7:7-8; John 5:39); for there you will find me and the prophecies that I ALONE can and will fulfil.

I made this world with my Father’s Help (John 1:1-3; Heb. 1:1-4) and am the rightful heir of ALL of it.
Hebrews 1:1-2
1:1 God, Who at sundry times and in diverse manners spoke in time past unto the fathers by the Prophets,
1:2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by [His] Son, whom He hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also He made the worlds;
The Kingdom, with ALL power, judgment, and the administration and enforcement of God’s Law, has been given to me by my Father, because I am the ONLY one who can rule without the greed and corruption that plagues ALL human governments, courts, policing agencies and every leadership role on Earth, including all of the so-called religious leaders.
Matthew 28:18 And Jesus came and spoke unto them, saying, ALL POWER is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Isaiah 9:6-7
9:6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
9:7 Of the increase of [his] government and peace [there shall be] no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with Judgment and with Justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the “I AM” Lord of hosts will perform this.
Ezekiel 21:25-27
21:25 And thou, profane wicked prince of Israel*, whose day is come, when inequity [shall have] an end,
21:26 Thus saith the Lord “I AM”; Remove the diadem (sovereignty), and take off the crown: this [shall] not [be] the same: exalt [him that is] low (Line of Zarah), and abase [him that is] high (Line of Pharez).
21:27 I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no [more], [overturned] UNTIL he come whose Right it is; and I will give it [him – Shiloh (Gen. 49:10)].
* Charles Battenberg/Mountbatten is an adulterer, murderer and a fraud, pretending to be king. God took the Throne/Stone away from his mother Elizabeth, to prevent her and her descendants from being coronated on it. That began the fourth and final overturn to Christ and His Kingdom, which shall have NO END (Dan. 2:27-45).
Luke 1:31-33
1:31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS (Saviour).
1:32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of The Highest: and the Lord God his Father shall give unto him the Throne of David (the British/Israelite Throne):
1:33 And he shall reign over the “House of Jacob/Israel” for ever; and of his Kingdom there shall be no end.
John 5:22-23
5:22 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed ALL JUDGMENT unto the Son (Enoch 58:1; Enoch 60:11; Enoch 68:39):
5:23 That all [men] should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.
Psalm 2
2:1 Why do the unenlightened rage, and the people imagine a futile thing?
2:2 The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the “I AM”, and against His Anointed, (2 Esd. 13:34) [saying],
2:3 Let us break Their bonds asunder, and cast away Their cords from us.
2:4 He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall make fools of them.
2:5 Then shall He speak unto them in His wrath, and terrify them in His fury.
2:6 Yet have I set My King (to govern – Isa. 9:6-7) upon My Holy Hill of Gathering (Isa. 33:16; 2 Esd. 13:35).
2:7 I will declare the decree: the “I AM” hath said unto me, Thou [art] My Son; this day have I created for thee.
2:8 Ask of Me, and I shall give [thee] the unenlightened [for] thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth [for] thy possession.
2:9 Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron (Rev. 2:27); thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel (Rev. 12:5).
2:10 Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.
2:11 Serve the “I AM” with fear, and rejoice with trembling.
2:12 Kiss My Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish [from] The Way, when his wrath is kindled just a little (Luke 19:27). Blessed [are] all they that put their trust in him.
All my Father and I have ever wanted is for you to learn how to be good, and love one another, instead of stealing from, hurting and murdering one another, as you’ve been COMMANDED not to do. And the ONLY Way that can happen is for you to return to keeping, administering and enforcing God’s Law ONLY (Acts 5:29), under my divine leadership, exactly as the British/Israelite monarch promises to do in the Coronation Oath.
My Father has sent me here to establish TRUE Liberty and TRUE Justice throughout the land, beginning here in Gibraltar (Gen. 49:19; Deut. 33:16-21; Isa. 33:15-17). And, as with every good work my Father places before me, I will NOT fail to do His Will and maintain His Law to the utmost of my power which, unlike human leaders, is limitless (Matt. 19:26; Matt. 28:18).
Isaiah 42:1-7
42:1 Behold My servant, whom I uphold; Mine “Elect”, [in whom] My soul delighteth; I have put My Spirit upon him: he shall bring forth Judgment to the Gentiles.
42:2 He shall not cry, nor lift up, nor cause his voice to be heard in the street.
42:3 A bruised reed he shall not break, and the smoking flax he shall not quench: he shall bring forth True Judgment.
42:4 He shall not fail nor be discouraged, until he hath set True Judgment in the earth: and the isles shall wait for His Law.
42:5 Thus saith God the “I AM”, He that created the heavens, and stretched them out; He that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; He that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and Spirit to them that walk therein:
42:6 I the “I AM” have called thee in Righteousness, and will hold thine hand, and will keep thee, and give thee for a Covenant of the people, for a Light to the Gentiles (Mal. 4:2; John 8:3);
42:7 To open the blind eyes, to bring out the prisoners from this prison [planet], [and] them that sit in darkness out of the prison house.
Mark 10:9 What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder (Rev. 21:9).
This COMMAND by Royal Decree and by God’s Royal Law of Liberty is issued this day, 30 October 2026, by your Rightful King.
