Dear Chief Minister,
In your Chief Minister’s Statement – COVID 19 – 196/2020 dated 17th March 2020, referring to your speech the previous day, in declaring a Public Health Emergency you said this:
“Today, we have crossed the Rubicon.”
So, on 16th March 2020, in full lockstep with the globalist elite’s evil plan, as outlined in the Global Pandemic Exercise Event 201 of 18th October 2019, with Bill and Melinda Gates and Klaus Schwab’s sponsorship, you unlawfully took away the civil liberties of the elderly in furtherance of the Covid-19 “Plandemic” and thereby played your own evil part in one of the greatest frauds of all time.
A year later, two months after the huge spike in the deaths in elderly care homes occurred in Gibraltar, you were almost certainly mindful of your earlier Rubicon Crossing, when you said the following, as evidenced in The Chief Minister’s Statement – Covid-19 – 233/2021 March 16, 2021.
“Mr Speaker, It is exactly a year today since we locked down our over 70s.”
I put it to you, Chief Minister that these elderly care home deaths were not deaths from a non-existent COVID-19 virus, but deaths from either the poisonous Pfizer injections, or the poisonous “Midazolam” end-of-life drug, or some alternative end-of-life drugs like “Remdesivir”, that we know were being used by the NHS in the UK. Do not think for one moment that we don’t know from Nurse whistleblowers that NHS patients were euthanizised to inflate the pandemic toll. This is murder, mass murder, on a massive scale.

Adolf Hitler and Joseph “Doctor Death” Mengele would have been proud of you for all this euthanasia being perpetrated by the medical establishment.
Everything you have done is against the Nuremberg Code, that the Nazis were executed for.
Wasn’t it amazing how all the similarly huge spikes in deaths which happened around the world somehow synchronized perfectly with the onset of the first vaccines roll-outs, almost without exception? The statistical odds of that happening by anything other than the vaccines, or the drug induced euthanasia, are zero. In no way was a so-called virus the direct cause of those initial huge spikes in deaths occurring in elderly care-homes in most countries across the world. In no way, was the so-called Covid-19 virus the cause of the huge spike in the number of deaths in Gibraltar. This was euthanasia, and you were part of the depopulation plan for profit and power, Mr. Picardo.
Then, worse still, on the 17th March 2021, The UK’s Health Secretary, Matt Hancock of all people, congratulated Gibraltar as the first nation in the world to complete its entire adult vaccination programme. You publicly thanked Hancock for his remarks and said Gibraltar was only “hours away from completing the vaccination programme.”
Basking in the glory of the speed of the vaccine roll-out, you announced that “the UK had played a blinder”.
My attempts to get your beloved and complicit GBC, in the guise of Christine Vasquez, to ask you your opinion on euthanasia on a live GBC Question and Answer programme, fell on stony ground.
Well four years on, and it will soon be the anniversary date of The Ides of March (15th March), and you in particular and others who were in your government during this era, should BEWARE, as the unstoppable Sword of Truth is coming out (Matt. 10:26, Eph. 6:17; Heb. 4:12; Rev. 1:16, Rev. 2:16, Rev. 19:15), and you are personally running out of places to hide from it. In part, that’s because a brave and courageous Member of Parliament in the UK has now well and truly broken ranks, and consistently and effectively spoken-out with the kind of truth which you frequently promised, yet with your forked tongue, always suppressed.
The vaccinated will soon begin dying in their hundreds of millions according to British Member of Parliament Andrew Bridgen, who revealed a Senior Cabinet Minister told him details of the plan to use turbo cancer to depopulate the world.
According to Bridgen, the incident took place in the tea room at Westminster Houses of Parliament, where the unnamed senior Minister told him that he would be “dead of cancer soon” because he was misled into taking the vaccine during the lockdown.
“You can speak out all you want,” the Minister told Bridgen. “It doesn’t matter. You are vaccinated. You will be dead of cancer soon.”

You may recall the “Leaders in the Spotlight” event televised live on 28th September 2023, when a member of the public asked both you and Keith Azopardi a question about the sharp increase in cancer treatments on The Rock. Back then, treatments were projected to be as high as 7,000 for 2023, from a baseline of 1,872 in 2018, and 5,851 in 2022. For how much longer are you going to pretend that these Pfizer injections are safe and effective? Well we now have abundant evidence in our hands to show that all along, these Pfizer products were not safe. They were actually bioweapons designed for population reduction and control. Come clean before it’s too late!
This was medical tyranny of a monstrous kind, and you were complicit.

CROSSING THE RUBICON
Four days before making your infamous Rubicon statement, on 13th March 2020, when Spain declared a National Emergency over Covid-19, you issued a Chief Minister’s statement – reference 180/120. Parts of this statement were capitalised for added emphasis and are hereby replicated below for essential background information.
“If it isn’t in the established national media and the National Broadcaster, do NOT believe what you are reading or what you are told.
Do not fall for irresponsible fake announcements in this or any other respect.
WE ARE KEEPING NOTHING FROM YOU.
WE WILL NOT KEEP ANYTHING FROM YOU.
TRUST US AS YOUR SOURCE OF INFORMATION.
THERE WILL SOON BE A VACCINE.”
You then added with Dr. Helen Carter’s back-up –
“Do not fall for the social media hype. We will tell you the truth at every turn. You will hear the truth from us first.”
“Rely on trusted, established media that will check before they report and not on random opinion.”
“The Gibraltar Health Authority can confirm that there is no evidence that any of those 11,073 who have been vaccinated in Gibraltar have died as a result of any reaction to the vaccine. Statements to the contrary are entirely untrue. Such statements originate from discredited individuals and organisations.”
Mr Fabian Picardo, I accuse you publicly of being a pathological liar and a mass-murderer, and with respect, you should be the first to be put on trial in Gibraltar for these heinous crimes, and be punished in accordance with God’s Law, which in legal parlance in this instance, would equate to capital punishment – the death penalty.
You should also take serious note of Christ’s admonition to everyone on Earth, recorded for posterity (including everyone today) in Luke 19:27.

You may be mindful that Rishi Sunak, who evidently had a massive financial stake in the poisonous Moderna kill-shots prior to the UK roll-out, is now running scared. Unusually, The Gibraltar Chronicle picked up on this fact.

Meanwhile, from the main article, you will learn that Andrew Bridgen has called for a House of Commons debate on the restoration of capital punishment – the death-penalty.
Here on The Rock, we don’t need a parliamentary debate amongst all the spineless political perpetrators. What’s needed is a return to God’s Law, where the punishment deters the crime.
Capital punishment, under God’s Law, would be an entirely appropriate remedy for the treason, which you and several of your government officials have perpetrated on the public of Gibraltar. You committed these crimes against humanity in your own ongoing boastful and coercive attempts to get the poisonous Pfizer injections into every single living person on The Rock, for Pfizer’s and Big Pharma’s financial gain. What have you personally gained from it?
On 7th July 2021, after being arrested a few times myself during the era of your so-called public health emergency, I personally called for your arrest in court documents which were supplied to New Mole House; The Magistrates Court; and even The Governor’s gate. My clamour for your arrest and the arrest of your accomplices was for crimes against humanity. That clamour has not diminished one iota, especially since you continue to push the Pfizer jabs on the populace. The call for your arrest had and still has the full backing of The Gibraltar Messenger, no less.
Those arrests are long overdue, and while the rest of the spineless politicians in Gibraltar may wish to contemplate their own fate in such a daunting future scenario, you personally, along with your accomplices in crime, could do a lot worse than to study the Gibraltar Messenger article above, immediately if not sooner, and make a public announcement, before you resign forthwith, rather than getting yourself arrested whilst still in office, if you continue to suppress the truth and try to cling onto power.
It is imperative that your public announcement incorporates the following facts.
THAT COVID INJECTIONS ARE NEITHER SAFE NOR EFFECTIVE AND ARE IN FACT DEADLY;
NO VACCINE IS SAFE OR EFFECTIVE AND ALL ARE IN FACT AGAINST GOD’S LAW AS ARE ALL PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS.
THE GIBRALTAR MESSENGER HAS REPEATEDLY WARNED YOU AND THE PEOPLE OF GIBRALTAR ABOUT THE SPIRITUAL AND HARMFUL PHYSICAL EFFECTS OF VACCINES.
So having crossed the Rubicon four years ago, I would say to you this: “PICARDO, PICARDO, BEWARE THE IDES OF MARCH!”
