An open letter to The Speaker of The House and Gibraltar’s Parliament to be read out by The Speaker to Parliament, as soon as possible.
The following testimony is provided under oath to our Almighty and Merciful God, from Whom comes all counsel, wisdom and understanding via His Holy Spirit.
On Wednesday, November 27, 2024, the following prayer was read by Karen Ramagge Prescott, to open the meeting of the Gibraltar Parliament:
Almighty and Merciful God, from whom comes all counsel, wisdom and understanding, we humbly ask you to guide and assist us in our deliberations and in our work.
May all of our efforts be directed to the welfare and good of our community and our country.
May we act honourably in pursuit of true justice for all of our people, now and for the future, and for generations still to come.
AMEN.
While on the surface the above prayer may seem to have the best of intentions, it is, in fact, making a mockery of Almighty God by expecting Him to reward disobedient behaviour.
Matthew 15:7-9
15:7 [Ye] hypocrites, well did Isaiah prophesy of you, saying,
15:8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with [their] lips; but their heart is FAR from me.
15:9 But in vain they do worship Me, teaching [for] doctrines the commandments of men (man-made laws/legislation).
We have been repeatedly reminded for thousands of years that to obtain the blessing of God’s counsel, wisdom and understanding – through His Holy Spirit – it requires joyful obedience to His Law, Commandments, Statutes and Judgements; i.e. His Will (Matthew 6:10).
Deuteronomy 27:26 Cursed [be] he that confirmeth not [all] the words of this Law to do them. And all the people shall say, Amen.

28:1 And it shall come to pass, IF thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the “I AM” thy God, to observe [and] to DO all His Commandments which I command thee this day, that the “I AM” thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth:
28:2 And ALL THESE BLESSINGS shall come on thee, and overtake thee, IF thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the “I AM” thy God.
Acts 5:29-32
5:29 Then Peter and the [other] Apostles answered and said, We ought to OBEY God rather than men.
5:30 The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree.
5:31 Him hath God exalted with His right hand [to be] a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance to Israel, and forgiveness of sins.
5:32 And we are His witnesses of these things; and [so is] also the Holy Spirit, whom God hath given to them that OBEY Him.
The reason that God gave us His PERFECT Royal Law of Liberty is to protect us from evil and to set and keep us free from the oppression, injustice and the dishonourable acts of men, particularly those in leadership positions (Isa. 3:12; Matt. 23).
Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high [places].
God’s Perfect Law unsurprisingly contains the perfect system of governance, the perfect system of justice, the perfect domestic and foreign policy, the perfect agricultural policy, the perfect economic policy and the perfect healthy diet, to ensure true freedom, true justice, true welfare, true peace, true prosperity, and the true safety and security that only God can provide to those who OBEY Him.
The Almighty’s Perfect Law very obviously does NOT need humans to add to it nor to take away from it, because doing so makes it IMPERFECT and His Commandments of no effect (Matt. 15:3-9). The resulting imperfect and therefore defective system deprives people of their God-given rights and the blessings He anxiously awaits to bestow upon us, which is exactly why we’ve been strictly prohibited from legislating, i.e. making up our own rules.
Deuteronomy 4:2 Ye shall not ADD unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish [ought] from it, that ye may keep the Commandments of the “I AM” your God which I COMMAND you.
This isn’t a request, or even just a bit of good advice; it is a COMMAND given to us by Almighty God, for our individual and collective benefit.
So is it in humility or arrogance that the Gibraltar Parliament acts in obvious defiance of God’s COMMANDS?
Is it honourable or dishonourable to openly defy and repeatedly disobey God while asking Him to reward such overtly evil behaviour with His counsel, wisdom and understanding?
For anyone who may be under the mistaken impression that God’s Perfect Law isn’t still in effect today, or that Christ did away with it, please see for yourself that simply isn’t true.
Matthew 5:17-20
5:17 Think NOT that I am come to destroy The Law, or the Prophets: I am NOT come to destroy, but to fully preach The Law (The Torah) and fulfill the prophecies about the first coming of the Messiah.
5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no way pass from The Law, till ALL be fulfilled.
5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least COMMANDments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in The Kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach [them], the same shall be called great in The Kingdom of heaven.
5:20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall EXCEED [the righteousness] of the lawyers and politicians, ye shall in no case enter into The Kingdom of heaven.
Christ also stated the following to the lawyers (scribes) and politicians (pharisees) which, like The Law, is still in effect and of the utmost relevance today:
Matthew 23:22-33
23:22 And he that shall swear by heaven, sweareth by the Throne of the King of the Universe (God), and by Him that sitteth thereon.
23:23 Woe unto you, lawyers and politicians, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier [matters] of The Law, Judgment, Mercy, and Faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
23:24 [Ye] blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.
23:25 Woe unto you, lawyers and politicians, hypocrites! for ye make clean the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full of extortion and excess.
23:26 [Thou] blind politician, cleanse first that [which is] within the cup and platter, that the outside of them may be clean also.
23:27 Woe unto you, lawyers and politicians, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead [men’s] bones, and of all corruption and filthiness.
23:28 Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are FULL of hypocrisy and inequity.
23:29 Woe unto you, lawyers and politicians, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the Prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous,
23:30 And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the Prophets.
23:31 Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the Prophets.
23:32 Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers.
23:33 [Ye] serpents, [ye] generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell-fire?
The above statement of fact is part of this testimony, to provide both a stern warning and a loving call to repentance.
Anthony (Tony) Farrell is a friend of mine, and has been for many years. As a fellow disciple of The Gibraltar Messenger, we share a love of Truth, Freedom and Justice which DEMANDS we lovingly put the needs of others before our own lives, as any TRUE and FAITHFUL servant of all would do (John 15:13).
That is exactly what Christ, our ONLY Example (John 14:6; Sura 3:55) did when He suffered the agony of the crucifixion while here in the body of Jesus (Luke 9:22-23), and that is exactly what is expected of each of us (Mark 12:29-31), whether we have the moral fortitude to accept that responsibility and act honourably, or not.
So, upon hearing of your shameful intentions to further persecute Tony Farrell for striving to warn YOU of a clear, existential threat to the entire population of Gibraltar, including yourselves, using your made-up and unlawful charge of “contempt of Parliament”, I am compelled by Almighty God to point out to you the reality of this situation, which should be self-evident:
Tony Farrell is NOT on trial; YOU are.
And you are being found guilty by God of being presumptuous, and treason against God and His Anointed King – Christ, The Gibraltar Messenger (Psalm 2).
You have been graciously and mercifully afforded yet another opportunity by our heavenly Father and Almighty God to act honourably, and DO the right thing. And since NONE of you seem to have any idea of what is right and what is wrong, God and His Messenger have asked that this simple message be shared with you, the Gibraltar Parliament, the Gibraltar Courts, the RGP, the GHA and the rest of the Gibraltar government and officials and public.
For years Tony Farrell has been writing all of you and peacefully demonstrating in public, to warn you of the life-threatening dangers of the drugs and vaccines that are being used to poison YOU and your loved ones, and most if not all of you have very rudely, foolishly and disgustingly ignored those warnings, to your own detriment and that of every resident of Gibraltar. This is probably because you have wrongly assumed that Tony Farrell is only voicing his opinion, and must be wrong in your minds, because he’s out of step with the evil majority (Exod. 23:2). You’ve apparently convinced yourselves you’re simply too clever or too busy to listen to, much less heed the warning (Ezek. 33:1-11).
What could be more important than your lives and the lives of your neighbours (Lev. 19:18; Matt. 16:26; Mark 12:31)?
How does ignoring a manufactured public health crisis that has already claimed millions of lives somehow ensure a future for Gibraltar? How can you possibly believe that ignoring and/or allowing a direct attack on the people of Gibraltar – using the chemical-medical-pharmaceutical industrial complex and its bioweapons and microwave radiation weaponry – is somehow looking out for the welfare and good of the community and country?
You have excluded evidence, including evidence directly from Almighty God, and accepted conjecture, in the form of public opinion and outright lies instead (Isa. 30:8-15). No amount of conjecture, regardless of how confidently or forcefully it is applied, will EVER be a substitute for REAL evidence.
Despite your willfull disobedience, our Almighty and Merciful God, from Whom comes all counsel, wisdom and understanding, is answering your prayer to be guided, by providing YOU with a final opportunity to assist Him with HIS Work, without further delay or deliberations.
THIS is HIS Unchanging Guidance and Wisdom on the abomination of PHARMACY:
Exodus 22:18 Thou shalt NOT suffer a WITCH (PHARMACIST) to live.
Deuteronomy 18:9-12
18:9 When thou art come into the land which the “I AM” thy God giveth thee, thou shalt NOT learn to do after the abominations of those nations.
18:10 There shall NOT be found among you [any one] that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, [or] that useth divination, [or] an observer of times, or an enchanter,or A WITCH (PHARMACIST),
18:11 Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard (doctor/pharmacist, taught by the watchers – Enoch 7:10, 8:3, 9:6), or a necromancer (medium). 18:12 For all that do these things [are] an abomination unto the “I AM”: and because of these abominations the “I AM” thy God doth drive them out from before thee.
Deuteronomy 28:15, 22, 27-28, 35, 58-61
28:15 But it shall come to pass, if thou wilt not hearken unto the voice of the “I AM” thy God, to observe to do all His Commandments and His Statutes which I command thee this day; that ALL THESE CURSES [the penalty clauses of the Covenant/Contract Law] shall come upon thee, and overtake thee:
28:22 The “I AM” shall smite thee with a consumption, and with a fever, and with an inflammation, and with an extreme burning, and with the sword, and with blasting, and with mildew; and they shall pursue thee until thou perish.
28:27 The “I AM” will smite thee with the botch of Egypt, and with the hemorrhoids, and with the scab, and with the itch, whereof thou canst not be healed.
28:28 The “I AM” shall smite thee with madness, and blindness, and with heart-attack:
28:35 The “I AM” shall smite thee in the knees, and in the legs, with a sore botch that cannot be healed, from the sole of thy foot unto the top of thy head.
28:58 If thou wilt not observe to do all the words of this Law that are written in this Book, that thou mayest fear this glorious and fearful name, THE “I AM” THAT “I AM”;
28:59 Then the “I AM” will make thy plagues extraordinary, and the plagues of thy seed, [even] great plagues, and of long continuance, and sore sicknesses, and of long continuance.
28:60 Moreover He will bring upon thee all the diseases of Egypt (caused by their pharmaceutical concoctions), which thou wast afraid of; and they shall cleave unto thee.
28:61 Also every sickness, and every plague, which [is] not written in the Book of this Law, them will the “I AM” bring upon thee, until thou be destroyed.
Enoch 64:6 A Commandment has gone forth from the Lord against those who dwell on the Earth, that their end may be; for they know every secret of the angels, every oppressive and secret power of the satans (fallen angels – opposers of God) and every power of those who commit SORCERY (PHARMACY), as well as of those who make molten images in the whole Earth.
1 Samuel 15:23 For rebellion [is as] THE SIN OF WITCHCRAFT (PHARMACY), and stubbornness [is as] iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the “I AM”, He hath also rejected thee from [being] king.
2 Chronicles 16:12-13
16:12 And Asa in the thirty and ninth year of his reign was diseased in his feet, until his disease [was] exceeding [great]: yet in his disease he sought not to the “I AM”, but to the physicians (who murdered Asa with their treatments).
16:13 And Asa slept with his fathers, and died in the one and fortieth year of his reign.
2 Chronicles 33:6 And he (Manasseh, son of Hezekiah and king of Judah) caused his children to pass through the fire in the valley of the son of Hinnom: also he observed times, and used enchantments, and used WITCHCRAFT (PHARMACY), and dealt with a familiar spirit, and with wizards: he wrought much evil in the sight of the “I AM”, to provoke Him to anger.
Micah 5:12 And I will cut off WITCHCRAFTS (PHARMACY) out of thine hand; and thou shalt have no [more] soothsayers:
Acts 8:9-24
8:9 But there was a certain man, called Simon (PATER), which beforetime in the same city used SORCERY (PHARMACY), and bewitched the people of Samaria, giving out that himself was some great one:
8:10 To whom they all gave heed, from the least to the greatest, saying, This man is the great power of God.
8:11 And to him they had regard, because that of long time he had bewitched them with sorceries (i.e. deceived them with pharmacy).
8:12 But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning The Kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.
8:13 Then Simon himself believed also: and when he was baptized, he continued with Philip, and wondered, beholding the miracles and Signs which were done.
8:14 Now when the Apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received The Word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John:
8:15 Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Spirit:
8:16 (For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.)
8:17 Then laid they [their] hands on them, and they received the Holy Spirit.
8:18 And when Simon saw that through laying on of the Apostles’ hands the Holy Spirit was given, he offered them money,
8:19 Saying, Give me also this power, that on whomsoever I lay hands, he may receive the Holy Spirit.
8:20 But Peter said unto him, Thy money perish with thee, because thou hast thought that the gift of God may be purchased with money (just as the chemical-medical-pharmaceutical industrial complex does today, with “doctors” playing at God).
8:21 Thou hast neither part nor lot in this matter: for thy heart is not right in the sight of God.
8:22 Repent therefore of this thy wickedness, and pray God, if perhaps the thought of thine heart may be forgiven thee.
8:23 For I perceive that thou art in the gall of bitterness, and [in] the bond of iniquity.
8:24 Then answered Simon, and said, Pray ye to the Lord for me, that none of these things which ye have spoken come upon me.
Note: Simon the Sorcerer later went to Rome (New Babylon), to practice his religion/medicine.
Galatians 5:19-21
5:19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are [these]; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
5:20 Idolatry, PHARMACY (Pharmakeia in the original Greek, that in Greek means WITCHCRAFT, because that’s what it is), hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
5:21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told [you] in time past, that they which do such things shall NOT inherit The Kingdom of God.
Revelation 9:20-21
9:20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils (liars), and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:
9:21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their SORCERIES (PHARMACY), nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.
Revelation 18:23 And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the Earth; for by thy SORCERIES (PHARMACY) were all nations DECEIVED.
Revelation 21:8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and SORCERERS (doctors and pharmacists, etc.), and idolaters, and ALL LIARS, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with Fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
Revelation 30:15 For I tell you, none who do evil will come into this paradise, neither will they know the power of Divine Love. For only the sacred will live in The Temple and make to each other the sign. And they will not leave paradise. For without are dogs, and SORCERERS (doctors and pharmacists, etc.) and whore-mongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.
Sura 4:51. Hast thou not turned thy vision to those who were given a portion of The Book? They believe IN SORCERY AND EVIL (PHARMACY), and say to the Unbelievers that they are better guided in The (Right) Way than the Believers!
Sura 10:75-77
10:75. Then after them We sent Moses and Aaron to Pharaoh and his chiefs with Our Signs. But they were arrogant: they were a people in sin.
10:76. When the Truth did come to them from Us, they said: “This is indeed obvious sorcery!”
10:77. Said Moses: “Say ye (this) about the Truth when it hath (actually) reached you? Is sorcery (like) this? But SORCERERS (PHARMACISTS and DOCTORS, etc.) WILL NOT PROSPER (Exodus 22:18).”
Please note well that any terms in Scripture that have been translated as “witch”, “wizard”, “sorcerer” or “physician” are direct references to those who make, sell, and/or administer PHARMACY (witches’ brews, potions), to deceive, injure and murder others for profit. The Greek word “pharmakeia”, from which the modern day word “pharmacy” is derived, is a straightforward example of this, as it is translated as “witchcraft”, “sorcery” or “sorceries” throughout the New Covenant/Testament.
It is therefore an irrefutable fact directly from Almighty God that all pharmacy is unnatural and thus poisonous to the human body. That’s why making, selling, administering or using pharmacy is, and always has been, a capital crime under The Law that God gave us to protect us from all of this evil.
There are also doctors, microbiologists, virologists and nurses from all over the world that have awakened to the fact that drugs and vaccines are harming and murdering people. Instead of selling their souls for a fatter wallet (30 pieces of silver) and a few temporary creature comforts, they are speaking out against these atrocities, knowing full well they will be similarly persecuted by their colleagues and the complicit mainstream media, to protect the corporate interests of the pharmaceutical companies that bribe politicians. We have been warned for thousands of years that placing material interests ahead of God and the welfare of our fellow human+Beings will be met with the severest of punishments: The Fire (Exod. 32; Matt. 6:24-34; Mal. 4; Rev. 21:8).
So what have you done with all of these warnings?
You have chosen to further persecute Tony Farrell, for daring to intervene in your mockery of our Creator. And you now want to test drive your fabricated charge of “contempt of parliament” over Tony for an interruption of a FEW SECONDS which is completely YOUR fault. Had you not ignored years of warnings, and neglected your own duties to protect your people, decisions which have cost lives, there would have been no need to even attend your meetings, other than to amicably discuss The Solution to ALL of Gibraltar’s problems.
What amazing arrogance!
Your own judgments hang in the balance (John 5:22), to see if you have ANY desire to learn from your errors, and still you seem hell-bent on punishing a servant of God sent by God to do God’s Will. Do you really not know that we are to JUDGE JUSTLY (Deut. 16:18-20), i.e. by God’s PERFECT standard (HIS Commandments, Statutes and Judgments) and NOT by our own FATALLY FLAWED concepts of right and wrong (Deut. 12:8)?
Christ Jesus gave you a COMMANDMENT to judge not by your own standards, that ye be not judged the same way, and judge ONLY according to God’s Judgements written in His Law.
Matthew 7:1-2
7:1 Judge NOT, that ye be not judged.
7:2 For with what judgement ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment (by God’s Judgements written in God’s Law – The Torah/Pentateuch).
Do you really not understand that each of us will reap exactly what we sow (Gal. 6:7)?
The Solution to ALL of Gibraltar’s problems – and it is the ONLY Solution – is to get rid of ALL man-made legislation, rules, policies, procedures, traditions and superstitions, including and especially those of the Nazi EU Dictatorship, and return to The Perfect Law that Almighty God gave us, so that everyone can be richly blessed.
According to God’s Law, Tony Farrell has done NO wrong in repeatedly bringing this matter to your attention.
According to God’s Law, in ignoring God’s warnings and using your fabricated and unlawful rules to persecute others, including Tony Farrell, YOU have grievously erred.
According to God’s Law and His Infinite Mercy, all you have to do to make up for errors is to STOP this insanity (Mal. 4:6), and learn some fresh and REAL humility, so that everyone can rationally move forward on the correct path (Matt. 7:13-14).
That begins with you not only agreeing to drop ALL of these ludicrous charges against Tony Farrell pronto, but also agreeing to meet with The Gibraltar Messenger to discuss the TRUE future of Gibraltar under REAL Divine Guidance.
The road to hell-fire is paved with seemingly good intentions, while the Strait and narrow Way that leads to LIFE, which FEW will find, is paved with righteous actions, mercy and just judgement. Please choose wisely.
This testimony, given this day before my adopted heavenly Father and God, is certain and the interpretation thereof is sure.

I, The Gibraltar Messenger/Christ have been warning you for thousands of years, to return to keeping The Covenant and God’s Perfect Law of Liberty, to gain His protection, for which I was crucified 2,000 years ago, but you adamantly and arrogantly stupidly refuse to do so, with the disastrous consequences for you and your children of spending eternity in The Lake of Fire, regretting your bad choices.
I have also been warning you for the last 35 years, whilst incarnated as JAH, The Gibraltar Messenger, against trusting Madrid even an inch, because Madrid will be on the opposing side in this war, and that the war that has just started, that the USA and UK are eventually going to lose, was coming and advising you to return to keeping The Covenant, and preparing for the war. Madrid has already condemned the USA for starting the war, and restricted its use of the US bases in Spain, as proof of whose side they are on. You should be reinforcing the frontier barrier, and training and equipping every male over the age of 20 in the safe use of military firearms, not removing it. The Treaty is a Trojan Horse, to get you to drop your guard and make you vulnerable to invasion.
I advised you against blindly trusting the treasonous previous British Labour government and Jack Straw(inski), who wanted to give joint sovereignty to Spain, and the current treasonous Starmer Labour Government who are for this treasonous treaty, just like Picardo and his Labour government are.
I advised you not to build the Generating Station and Desalination Plant out in the open, on the North Mole, where they are completely exposed and vulnerable to a missile attack. You have consistently and stupidly chosen to ignore my advice, and support the evil un-royal family parasites, instead of recognising me as your Rightful King, who actually cares about you, and acting on my advice – the best advice on Earth. When the Middle-East oil-fields are in flames and/or the Strait of Hormuz is closed, what will you do when there is no fuel for the generator, or it is destroyed by a missile?
My Disciple Tony Farrell has been warning you to stop poisoning your own people with pharmaceutical products, and you have foolishly, and arrogantly ignored him too. What stupid arrogant fools you all are. Repent now before it’s too late, and prepare for the war. Only my Father and I can save you – for once in your lives make the right choice – humble yourselves, get on your knees and beg forgiveness, and stop persecuting God’s Messengers like your fore-fathers before you have always done.
