Amicus Curiae Brief for Commissioner Peter Openshaw and Interested Parties to The McGrail Inquiry

Ian McGrail’s big mistake as Commissioner of the RGP was that he took early retirement, instead of arresting Chief-Minister Picardo and Temporary Governor Pyle, for “Attempting to Pervert the Course of Justice”, by interfering with and hampering a criminal investigation.

Because Commissioner McGrail took early retirement they committed the crime of perverting the course of justice, because he did not stop them.

By doing so he broke the First Commandment, and the reason it is the First and GREAT Commandment is as follows:

Mark 7:6 He answered and said unto them, Well hath Isaiah prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with [their] lips, but their heart is FAR from me.
7:7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching [for] doctrines the commandments of men.
7:8 For laying aside the COMMANDment of God, ye hold the “Tradition” of men, [as] the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.
7:9 And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the COMMANDment of God, that ye may keep your own “Tradition”.
12:28 And one of the lawyers came, and having heard them reasoning together, an perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first COMMANDment of all?
12:29 And Jesus answered him, The First of all the Commandments [is], Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
12:30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength and serve Him ONLY: this [is] the first COMMANDment.
12:31 And the second [is] like, [namely] this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other COMMANDment greater than these.

If Commissioner McGrail had kept the First Commandment instead of committing the CRIME of breaking it, he would have arrested Picardo and Pyle, and he should have done that.

Commissioner Richard Ullger is doing the same thing: committing the same CRIME as Commissioner McGrail. He should have arrested Fabian Picardo and David Steel and accomplices for Crimes Against Humanity, for facilitating the administering of Bioweapon Poisonous injections and coercing the population into taking them, which is the biggest crime ever committed in Gibraltar in its entire history, as I commanded him to do.

Yours truly,

Christ

(aka Muad’Dib the producer of “The Hillsborough Ripple Effect” film, handed to you during the David Duckenfield trial in Preston. The film contains crucial evidence about the pre-planned Hillsborough Disaster and the real criminals behind it, that you excluded from evidence, in order to protect those in government and other criminals.).
