Unwanted For Telling The Truth

Unwanted For Telling The Truth – The Lamb And The Frogs

“The individual is handicapped by coming face to face with a conspiracy so monstrous he cannot believe it exists.” — J. Edgar Hoover

INTRODUCTION

In a season where no bad deed goes unrewarded and no good deed goes unpunished, where the heat beneath us quietly rises, these pages set out the unwanted path I walked on The Rock in the autumn of 2026. What follows is a chronology told in my UN‑lexicon — a record of events, warnings, and revelations that relentlessly arrived one after another.

2/9/26 — UNMITIGATED & UNREPRESENTED

Having been convicted of an offence under Section 11 (1) b of The Terrorism Act on 18th August 2026 for opposing the government’s tacit support of mass genocide in GAZA, my Mitigation letter was filed for the Stipendiary Magistrate days ahead of my sentencing hearing scheduled for 8th September, and an article was placed on the Gibraltar Messenger website in anticipation of the next instalment of encounters in the Magistrates’ court.

8/9/26 — UNEXPECTED & UNIMPRESSED

Turning up to court fully anticipating a sentencing hearing, I got given instead a landmark deportation application which was unimpressively riddled with all manner of falsehoods. The document stated amongst other things that my presence on The Rock was “detrimental to Gibraltar”. It was a document where the Prosecution were wildly exaggerating the seriousness of their ludicrous conviction offence under the Terrorism Act 2018. In effect, I was being punished for openly opposing the Genocide in GAZA. To my mind, it was an utterly repulsive and filthy piece of work by the Counsel. The hearing date for both the sentencing and the deportation application was adjourned for almost three weeks until 24th September 2026.

10/9/26 – UNVEILLED & UNCOVERED

Exactly one full year of my National Day arrest and charge outside Roxy’s Cafe, “NAZA” a 77 minute British documentary film by Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor about Israel’s AI‑driven targeting system in Gaza, titled after the Hebrew military acronym Nezek Agavi (“collateral damage”) premiered at the Venice Film Festival. It received a 24 minute standing ovation. Will it ever get shown in Gibraltar, I wonder? Only time will tell.

13/9/26 — UNEARTHED & UNLEASHED

Shortly after the adjournment, and upon being sighted on the prosecution’s hapless landmark deportation case against one of His disciples, The Gibraltar Messenger responded by unleashing a scathing article titled “A Global Coup D’État” – By Christ. The Lord’s open letter unchained me in my battles in the higher courtrooms of injustice. Every legal professional and politician in Gibraltar should take note.

17/9/26 — UNVAXXED & UNHARMED

Simultaneously faced with a high‑profile civil litigation court case waged against me, a Grounds for Appeal was filed in the Supreme Court, THE UNXAXXED – ANTHONY FARRELL v THE WITCH-DOCTOR – HELEN CARTER.

22/9/26 — UNBURDENED & UNLOOSENED

Facing a heavy workload and tight time‑critical deadlines to meet to keep my case alive, and with more than a little help from a co‑disciple, a 95‑point objection to the landmark deportation application was filed two days in advance of the hearing before Magistrate Charles Bonfante. I felt I had more than a fighting chance going into battle. The enemy’s case was not only weak but downright devious.

24/9/26 — UNPHASED & UNPUNISHED

Armed with my own strong objection paper and coming up against such a peculiar deportation application, I very much felt unphased by the challenge and enjoyed my half‑day in court. The prosecution began proceedings by immediately seeking yet another adjournment in order that The Director of Public Prosecutions could present to take the case. This request was denied even though I had not personally objected to the Crown’s wishes to bring in one of their big guns, namely Christian Rocca. Ultimately, the Stipendiary Magistrate dismissed the application by comprehensively rejecting the Crown’s characterisation of the Terrorism offence of opposing Genocide in GAZA. When he turned to the sentencing matter before him, I was given a six‑month conditional discharge. The Crown’s application appeared to have badly back‑fired. They had weaponized the Terrorism Act against me when all I was doing was showing humanity in opposing the Israeli genocide in GAZA. The Crown seemed haplessly fearful of not pandering to the Jewish community and demonstrated that they gave not a fig for GAZA.

24/9/26 — UNPARALLELED & UNFOCUSED

On the same day I had simultaneously withstood such a disingenuous deportation application and avoided Windmill Hill prison, I became especially mindful of three other significant developments:

• Police Officers in the city of Liverpool were, to my disgust, arresting scores of people for displaying support for Palestine Action in opposition to the genocide in GAZA.

• At the United Nations, a mass exodus of seventy‑seven national delegations during Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s address.

• The documentary NAZA produced by Yuval Abraham and Rachel Szor was featuring prominently in the breaking news.

24/9/26 — UNNOTICED & UNNERVED

NAZA was covered in the Guardian, but it was not covered at all in the mainstream media here on The Rock, so sadly in large parts of Gibraltar, the unnerving film went unnoticed. Facebook groups like Gibraltar for Palestine signposted it, and in my mitigation letter I drew upon work from journalist Jonathan Cook’s excellent Substack.

25/9/26 — UNANTICIPATED & UNTHREATENED

To my pleasant surprise, the Gibraltar Chronicle gave not just coverage but front‑page coverage to my deportation / dismissal and conditional discharge hearing. Written by Gabriella Ramagge, it was fair, reasonably balanced, and titled: “Magistrate rejects Crown bid to remove Briton convicted under the Terrorism Act.” Gabriella’s article ended by quoting the Magistrate Charles Bonfante about my record before the courts: “In my view this is not a record that gives rise to a genuine and serious threat.” Ironically, the front page of The Chronicle also contained a headline “Govt again rejects GSD ‘anti‑British’ claim over residency policy”.

7/10/26 — UNAPPEASED & UNDETERRED

With more than a little help from a friend, a letter of Notice of Appeal of my conviction under Section 11 (1) b of the Terrorism Act was filed at The Magistrates’ Court and the OPCL. If Gibraltar’s government refuses to condemn the Genocide, I made it plain that I would not speak out in condemnation of HAMAS. It remains uncertain how this is to be handled, but I had let the courts know that regardless of the sentence imposed, I would be appealing the UNLAWFUL conviction.

14/10/26 — UNBRIDLED & UNRECUSED

During this period, there were a number of interactions from me on the subject of The Supreme Court and Court of Appeal. On this date The President of The Court of Appeal Nigel Davis was requested to recuse himself. These unbridled filings here were not so much about the Genocide in GAZA, but rather about the DEMOCIDE in Gibraltar, and were associated with high profile civil litigation matters, which will not be covered in so much detail in this particular article, since focus just for now, needs to momentarily remain on GAZA, NAZA, and the draconian terrorist legislation formulated to protect fake ISRAEL in its genocidal conduct.

19/10/26 — UNWAGED & UNCOSTED

On this date, after having been unwaged since 2011 (forfeiting my police service career rather than speaking untruths about the London Bombings of 7th July 2005, and the prevailing bogus terror threat), an application was made to The Supreme Court for a “Stay of Costs pending determination in The Court of Appeal”.

21/10/26 — UNPRINCIPLED & UNWANTED

Two weeks later, following on from the Crown’s failure to get me deported, two Special Branch officers, both quite well‑known to me, served on me what appeared to me to be an unvirtuous cold and callous letter from a seemingly uninspirational Commissioner acting in his dual capacity of Principal Immigration Officer. The letter from Owain Richards labelled me as a “Prohibited Immigrant” and ungracefully granted me 21 days to depart from The Rock to sort out affairs. The Special Branch officers remained polite and professional in all their dealings with me as they filmed me signing for, and reading the contents of the single‑page treasonous letter. The letter informed me that I could appeal but contained a caveat.

“In accordance with Sections 52 (2) and (3) of the Immigration, Asylum and Refugee Act, you may only appeal this decision to His Excellency the Governor of Gibraltar. However, should you decide to appeal this decision, you shall not be entitled to remain or enter Gibraltar whilst your appeal is being considered.”

So far, it has not been determined what to do in direct response to the Commissioner’s “bad‑news” letter, and in any case, I may not wish to disclose any intentions in advance. The deadline day falls on 11/11/26.

UNCOOKED & UNWATCHED

Finally, unlike journalist Jonathan Cook, whose insightful writings on the genocide in GAZA featured in part in both my defence case under Section 11 (1) b of the Terrorism Act, and in the Mitigation letter, I have yet to see NAZA, but whether I remain in Gibraltar or end up elsewhere, I do plan to find the time to watch it in November. Some might say NAZA will never be shown in Gibraltar. I am not so sure.

In the meantime, this body of mine still has one ear, and it still has a voice, and so I wish to finish this article with Levi Attias’ latest Thought for the Weekend broadcast on The GBC. I was glad I took the time to watch and listen, and being hard of hearing in one of the body’s ears, the children’s story of the two frogs in a deep pit, as told by the Jewish raconteur extraordinaire somewhat amused me.

It made me think of another altogether different tale of a frog.

“If you put a frog in water and slowly heat it, the frog will eventually let itself be boiled to death. We, too, will not survive if we don’t respond to the radical way in which the world is changing.” — Charles Handy, The Age of Unreason (1989)

Finally, I hope and pray that both Attias Levi and the GBC will take the time to listen to my own reading of Jonathan Cook’s NAZA.

NAZA silences us not because of the monstrosity of what Israel did but because it serves as irrefutable proof of our own monstrosity. Our societies watched it all and did nothing. We are all guilty.

I will end my article, using a quote from Christ’s recent article published in response to the crown’s failed deportation application.

Holy Bible – Revelation 17:14 These shall make war against the Lamb (Christ), and the Lamb (Christ) shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him [are] called, and chosen, and faithful. – The Gibraltar Messenger.
