Picardo Attempting to Pervert the Course of Justice –
An Open Letter to the Commissioner of the RGP, the Governor
and the People of Gibraltar.
Dear Commissioner Richards, Governor Bathurst, and all,
We hope this finds you well, in good spirit and having a good day.
IF Commissioner McGrail had done what he should have and arrested Picardo and Pyle, for attempting to pervert the course of justice, by forcing Commissioner McGrail to retire whilst he was in the process of investigating James Levy, as I told Peter Openshaw, and Openshaw has now found Picardo to have committed, that would have saved £8 million of your money, and years of pantomime and Punch and Judy shows, to prove what everyone in the corridors of power knew from the start. Of course that would not have suited the fat-cat barristers who’ve earned a fortune from the inquiry, that you paid for, and allowed Picardo time to get re-elected, so he could have four more years to commit treason selling-out Gibraltar’s sovereignty to the totally corrupt, undemocratic NAZI EU*, and fascist Madrid, where some of the German WW2 Nazi high-command were invited and escaped to, and were given sanctuary by General Franco**, etc., etc., etc.

It could also have prevented Der Führer Picardo from mandating unlawful lockdowns and mask-mandates, to coerce the public into taking the poisonous P£izer bioweapon injections, in order to try to get their freedom back; sickening most, whilst maiming and killing many of them in the planned genocide population reduction scheme, that he has been, and still is, such an eager party to. Poisonous bioweapon injections that have not only sickened the people, but also put Gibraltar into so much debt, that the people can never pay the debt off, until I take over the governing of Gibraltar (Isaiah 9:6), and cancel it.

Also it would not have given Picardo the opportunity, in the meantime, to deviously rush- through the setting-up of the Government RGP Steering Group, to further hamper the RGP’s independence, to try to tie the RGP’s hands from arresting him and his accomplices in Genocide, Perverting the Course of Justice, and other crimes, because he knew he would be found guilty by the McGrail inquiry. That’s also why he delayed holding the inquiry for as long as he possibly could, like he has also done with the publishing of the report that he knew would damn him.

Now, after wasting £8 million and 5 years since McGrail was forced to retire because of Operation Delhi, Peter Openshaw has stated publically that Picardo has “grossly” and “sinisterly” attempted to interfere in a criminal investigation, in other words Picardo has, “attempted to pervert the course of justice”, which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison. So, you now have no excuse for not arresting Picardo, and his accomplice: James Levy who phoned AG Michael Llamas, who previously worked for James Levy at Hassans, to try to get him to interfere. That phone-call, contrary to what Openshaw said, is a clear attempt to pervert the course of justice, and James Levy CBE KC, being the top barrister in Gibraltar, would undoubtedly have known that when he did it. Michael Llamas told his former employer James Levy not to worry, and later a decision was made by the RGP to not prosecute James Levy, for lack of evidence, NOT because he was exonerated.
The RGP had James Levy’s laptop and phones, but astonishingly they never looked at their contents, to search for evidence, and they returned his devices to him uninvestigated. There were also missing whatsapp and text messages, but the RGP imitated the three monkeys: “hear, see and speak no evil”.
There are none so blind as those who will not see, after Commissioner Ullger and the Senior Command Team saw what happened to McGrail. It appears that, unlike Commissioner McGrail, they all cowardly chickened-out and decided to protect their jobs and pensions, instead of investigating the contents of James Levy’s devices for evidence, and protecting the public who pay their wages.

You should speak to Charles Bonfante, who previously was James Levy’s junior counsel during the McGrail Inquiry, and worked for James Levy at Hassans, before being recommended for Magistrate by Picardo, who also worked for James Levy at Hassans, and request his assistance in providing arrest-warrants and get Benjamin Bathurst, who has stated that this McGrail Inquiry Report raised serious issues which MUST be addressed, to authorize them, to PROVE that there is at least some semblance of justice in Gibraltar, and that you are all new brooms sweeping clean and not complicit in, and tainted by, the corruption that is rampant and endemic in Gibraltar.
Report must lead to collaboration to strengthen Rock’s public institutions, Governor says
“The McGrail Inquiry report raised ‘serious issues which must be addressed’, the Governor, Lieutenant General Sir Ben Bathurst, said in a statement on Tuesday, as he welcomed its publication”. So, will Governor Bathurst, who is ultimately responsible for law and order in Gibraltar, walk his talk and take the very serious and necessary step of authorizing Commissioner Richards to arrest Picardo? Will Commissioner Richards do it anyway, on his own initiative, or will they all chicken-out? This was just like when the RGP didn’t arrest Picardo, for democide, even though they were given a comprehensive crime-report, because of Operation Talla. [The UK police were ordered not to investigate COVID crimes]
If they do chicken-out again, then the governor and commissioner will be proving that there is one law for Picardo and his accomplices in crime, including democide and crimes against humanity, and another for the rest of the population, instead of no-one being above The Law.
Law-enforcing, in order to protect the public, needs to be without FEAR or FAVOUR, and be totally independent of government policies (policing), as it will be when I take over, and break James Levy’s and Hassan’s strangle-hold on Gibraltar, if you don’t start doing it first; as you should.
The ball, as the saying goes, is in your court and Charles Bonfante’s court. If you don’t do your duty you should also be in Charles Bonfante’s court, as an “accomplice after the fact”. Are you waiting for me to take over and do it for you, after proving in the Gibraltar Supreme Court, to an independent jury, that Mr. Charles Battenberg is a convicted murderer, and is fraudulently sitting on MY British Throne of David (Jacob’s Pillar), as was his mother Mrs. Elizabeth Battenberg, and that I am not only the Rightful British King, but also the King of kings and the Creator and Owner of this Prison Planet and everything and everyone on it?
I’ll be watching for you all to do your duty, that the people of Gibraltar pay you for, and waiting, hopefully not for long, also for that supremely important Supreme Court Case, after it has been facilitated by Charles Bonfante, in the Magistrates Court, on the 17th February 2026: the Supreme Court Case will be the most important case anywhere on Earth in the last 2,000 years.
