A lawful shofar blast to Gibraltar’s judiciary — delivered in obedience, not protest
Section 1: The Motion and the Moment
On 26 September 2025, a lawful motion was served at Gibraltar’s Magistrates Court. It was not a protest. It was not a plea. It was a declaration — a lawful and spiritual notice that the charges under REX v FARRELL are fraudulent, and that the fraudulent sovereign named in those charges, Charles Battenberg (aka Charles III), has been lawfully convicted and stripped of authority that he lawfully never had. This motion was not delivered in anger.
It was delivered in obedience — to The Lord, to Truth, and in harmony with God’s Law and The Song of The Lamb. It marks the moment when Gibraltar’s judiciary was placed on notice, not by politics and hype, but by prophetic admonishment and The Suffering Servant’s oversight and steer. (See Isaiah 53)
Section 2: The Verdict That Changes Everything
The verdict against Charles Battenberg is not symbolic. It is lawful. It was delivered by the Lord Himself through His Anointed — and it stands. Every charge brought under Charles’ name is now spiritually void and legally fraudulent.
Charles has been exposed – the emperor has no clothes.
Joshua 24:14 Now therefore fear the “I AM”, and serve Him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the “I AM”.
24:15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the “I AM”, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that [were] on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the “I AM”.
24:16 And the people answered and said, God forbid that we should forsake the “I AM”, to serve other gods;

Section 3: The Judiciary’s Parade and the Irony of Timing
While the motion was being served at Gibraltar’s Magistrates Court on 26 September 2025, the judiciary was parading in wigs and gowns to mark the opening of the New Legislative Year. Robes were donned, speeches delivered, and ceremonial photographs taken — all in celebration of a system now lawfully exposed as fradulent and corrupt.
The timing could not have been more symbolic. As the judiciary reaffirmed its allegiance to a fraudulent sovereign who has been lawfully convicted and stripped of authority he never lawfully had, a lawful notice was quietly stamped at their own reception desk. The contrast is stark: pageantry above, lawful reckoning below.
Matthew 23:1 Then spoke Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples,
23:2 Saying, The lawyers and the politicians sit in Moses’ Law seat:
23:3 All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe of God’s Law, [that] observe and do; but do not ye after their example: for they say, and do not (and make up their own laws against God’s Orders – Deut. 4:2).
23:4 For they bind heavy burdens (the Talmud) and grievous to be borne, and lay [them] on men’s shoulders; but they [themselves] will not lift one of their fingers to remove them.
23:5 But all their works they do for to be seen by men: they make broad their phylacteries (small leather box containing Old Covenant-Testament texts, worn to remind them to keep The Law [God’s Law]), and enlarge the borders of their garments,
“Woe unto you, lawyers and politicians, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead [men’s] bones, and of all corruption and filthiness. Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and inequity. Woe unto you, lawyers and politicians, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the Prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous, And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the Prophets. Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the Prophets. Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers. These are not poetic flourishes. They are judicial declarations from the Lord Himself. And they now apply to every institutional actor who continues to uphold fraudulent charges under a fraudulent sovereign who has been lawfully stripped of authority he never lawfully had. The robes may be clean, but the bones beneath are not.
Section 4: A Call to Conscience
This is not rebellion. It is lawful obedience to a higher authority. The motion served on 26 September 2025 was not a plea for recognition — it was a declaration of truth. The verdict against Charles Battenberg stands. The triad of charges under REX v FARRELL are fraudulent. And the judiciary has now been placed on notice.
But this is not a call for vengeance. It is a call to conscience.
Every institutional actor — from Stipendiary Magistrate Charles Bonfante, up to Attorney Genral Michael Llamas;
from Prosecutors Justin Rodriguez and Jenny Allen, through to the Director of Public Prosecutions Christian Rocca,
and indeed from the Speaker of Parliament Karen Rammagge Prescott to Chief Justice of Gibraltar Anthony Dudley — now stands at a crossroads.
That may also be true for the latest addition to the judiciary, namely the new President of The Court of Appeal Sir Nigel Davis.

To proceed with these charges against me is to knowingly uphold fraud and very foolishly defy God’s Law. But to vacate them is to honour the oath they swore and the Law they claim to serve.

The Lord is not mocked. But He is merciful. The door to redemption remains open — not through ceremony, but through lawful action. The question is no longer whether the charges are valid. The question is whether those who enforce them will choose truth over tradition.

The Rock has been warned. The verdict has been served. Now comes the test of obedience.
Section 5: What Comes Next
This article is predicated by Bonfante’s Choice. That earlier piece marked the first lawful invitation — a moment of conscience, a chance to recuse, and a path toward lawful obedience. But the invitation was not taken. And now the valley has steepened.
The motion served on 26 September 2025 has narrowed the path. For the Rock of Gibraltar, it is not the decisions that have multiplied — it is the multitudes who have increased, herded by institutional momentum into a moment of reckoning. They now stand to be judged.
The Lord is not watching. The Lord is judging.
This is not a moment for reaction. It is a moment for reflection. The Lord governs timing, not emotion. What comes next is not dictated by institutional response, but by spiritual and lawful instruction. The dust has not yet settled — and until it does, no further representation will be sought, no procedural concessions made. The defence will be stewarded with lawful restraint and spiritual fire.
As things stand at the time of publication, a triad of woefully bad decisions spirals toward unlawful trials in Gibraltar’s Magistrates Court — three cases, all thematically linked to mass genocide in the Middle East and democide on the Rock. These are not minor infractions. They are spiritual indictments. And the judiciary must now choose: vacate the charges and accept the challenge to Sovereignty and Jurisdiction, before an independant jury, or proceed unlawfully and face the consequences.

This is a direct summons to the King’s Counsels — not just in title, but in spiritual implication. From Charles Bonfante to Michael Llamas, from Anthony Dudley to every KC who continues to act under the name of a fraudulent sovereign who has been lawfully convicted and stripped of authority he never lawfully had: the title King’s Counsel is now a contradiction, unless they acknowledge the verdict and act lawfully.

The Lord through me told Charles Bonfante that this case was the most important case in 2,000 years. He did not appear to get it. I hope for his sake — and theirs — that he does. And that he helps by taking the decision to personally recuse himself, with my best wishes.
“Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Serve the Lord with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and ye perish [from] The Way, when His wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed [are] all they that put their trust in Him.””(Psalm 2:10–12, King of kings’ Bible)
The valley has steepened. The multitudes have increased. And the Lord is judging.
In REALITY it is not me who is on trial, but the judiciary, parliament and the medical establishment of Gibraltar. They have been given every opportunity to do the right thing, and so far they have consistently done the wrong thing at every step, proving themselves totally corrupt and traitors to God, Christ The King and His people in Gibraltar.
