On Friday 26th of September 2025 my disciple Anthony Farrell filed the following “Notice to Vacate” with the Magistrates Court of Gibraltar:

Let it be lawfully recorded on this day that:
At his fraudulent coronation, Charles Battenberg — also known by the criminal alias Charles the Third — swore in front of the whole world, as part of The Coronation Oath, to maintain The Laws of God to the utmost of his power, so help him God.
God’s Law prohibits men from legislating statutes and establishing statutory courts, on pain of death. Therefore, Charles cannot lawfully prosecute anyone, including myself, for anything other than breaking God’s Law.
The following scriptures confirm this:
Deuteronomy 4:2 Ye shall not ADD unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish [ought] from it, that ye may keep the Commandments of the “I AM” your God which I COMMAND you.
12:8 Ye shall not do after all [the things] that we do here this day, every man whatsoever [is] right in his own eyes.
12:32 What thing soever I command you, observe to do it: thou shalt not add thereto, nor diminish from it.
17:11 According to The Sentence of The Law which they shall teach thee, and according to the Judgment which they shall tell thee, thou shalt do: thou shalt not decline to do The Sentence which they shall show thee, and turn not away from it [to] the right hand, nor [to] the left.
17:12 And the man that will do presumptuously, and will not hearken unto the priest (today that is Christ) that standeth to minister there before the “I AM” thy God, or unto the judge (today Christ), even that man shall die: and [thus] thou shalt put away the evil from Israel.
17:13 And all the people shall hear, and fear, and do no more presumptuously (in thinking they are a law unto themselves).
Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy The Law, or the Prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fully preach The Law (The Torah) and fulfill the prophecies about the first coming of the Messiah.
5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no way pass from The Law, till all be fulfilled.
5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least COMMANDments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in The Kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach [them], the same shall be called great in The Kingdom of heaven.
5:20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall EXCEED [the righteousness] of the lawyers and politicians, ye shall in no case enter into The Kingdom of heaven.
Therefore, Charles cannot, without breaking his Oath of Office and vacating it with immediate effect, prosecute me under legislation prohibited by God’s Law — which he swore to maintain.
Furthermore, no criminal law-breaker can be a law-enforcer. Charles was convicted by a Common Law Court in Vancouver, British Columbia, on 20 November 2023, for ordering and facilitating the murder of William Arnold Combes.
Verdict Summary:
The West Coast Common Law Court of Justice, established under the Law of Nations, found Charles Battenberg/Mountbatten-Windsor guilty and sentenced him to life imprisonment without parole, stripping him of title, office, and assets.

Although not mentioned in the above case, as it refers only to his crimes in Canada, not in France, Charles also murdered his wife Diana – the Queen of Hearts – whom everyone except Charles loved, as she herself wrote in a hand-written note, stating that he was planning to murder her, with a car-crash. That car crash was against the 13th pillar in the Pont de l’Alma (Bridge of The Soul) Tunnel in Paris on 31 August 1997,
Conclusion:
There is no lawful case to answer. You are required to vacate these fraudulent charges and confirm in writing that you have done so.
Failure to do so will constitute a breach of God’s Law and the oath you swore to serve Charles Battenberg, thus binding you to also maintain The Laws of God to the utmost of your own power, thereby vacating your own offices with immediate effect.

Only if you learn to live by God’s Perfect Law of LIBERTY, and thus stop being a criminal, can you regain your LIBERTY and be released from this prison planet and go back home to heaven, and keep The Law there.
Anyone who breaks God’s Law, is, by definition, a criminal, and thus belongs on this Prison Planet Earth/Hell.
