On Friday, 15 August, I appeared before Major Charles Bonfante, Gibraltar’s newly appointed Stipendiary Magistrate and Coroner. But this is no ordinary hearing. It was a moment of reckoning – for Bonfante, for the judiciary, and for Gibraltar itself.
My motion, now before the court, challenges the lawfulness of the proceedings. It rejects the jurisdiction of a system built on the unlawful sovereignty of Charles Mountbatten-Windsor, a man whose Coronation Oath was a mockery of God’s Law. The judiciary, acting under this broken oath, stands accused – not merely of procedural error, but of rebellion against the true Sovereign: Christ, our Rightful King. [Tony Farrell v Charles Windsor Challenge Motion 15/8/25]
Psalm 2:2–3 (KJV) “The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord, and against His anointed…”
Luke 19:27 (KJV) “But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.”
Joel 3:14 (KJV) “Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision: for the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision.”
Luke 18:8 (KJV) “I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?”
❗ Why This Challenge Was Necessary
This sudden shift in strategy was not taken lightly. It was driven by three grave actions taken by Mr Bonfante – each of which has displeased The Lord:
- Wilful Blindness to Essential Evidence Bonfante flatly refused to examine critical defence evidence contained in Democide on The Rock, a documentary made by The Lord Himself. This refusal was not mere oversight – it was wilful blindness. In that instant, Bonfante rendered himself complicit in the evil exposed within the film.
- Denial of Trial by Jury Despite repeated requests, Bonfante – just like his predecessor Charles Pitto – refused to grant me a trial by a jury of my peers. This denial strikes at the heart of procedural fairness and violates the principle that no man should be judged by a system he is actively challenging.
- Refusal to Recuse Himself When asked to step aside due to perceived bias, Bonfante refused. His continued involvement in the case, despite being a party to the jurisdictional challenge, undermines the integrity of the proceedings.
Bonfante – whose name means “Good Faith” and/or “Good Soldier” – now faces his own Valley of Decision. Will he live up to the name he bears? Or will he persist in a path that displeases The Lord?

⚖️ A Tale of Two Magistrates
Charles Pitto once sent me to Windmill Prison for Contempt of Court. At the time, it was a stark reminder of the judiciary’s hostility toward dissent. Yet in a surprising turn, Pitto later dropped all charges against me relating to the Covid scam – specifically, my refusal to wear a face mask.

I have grown to like him. But let it be said plainly: Pitto’s decision was made easier by the shifting political winds and the waning credibility of the Covid narrative. Circumstances afforded him a graceful exit. He did not stand alone against the tide – he simply stepped aside when the tide began to turn.
Bonfante may not have such a luxury. His refusal to examine Democide on The Rock, his denial of trial by jury, and his refusal to recuse himself have already displeased The Lord. My hope is that I will grow to like and respect Bonfante, as I did with Pitto. But I fear he has reached the point of no return.
Will he cross the Rubicon, as Chief Minister Fabian Picardo did long ago? Picardo chose power over truth, allegiance to man over obedience to God. That path leads only to destruction.
Bonfante still has a choice. But time is short, and the valley is narrowing.

Final Word: From A Freeman
This article was inspired earlier this morning by a Freeman friend whose insight and encouragement helped crystallize the urgency of this message. In appreciation of that inspiration, I leave the final words to him.

His voice will close this piece – one Freeman to another, speaking truth to power.
This entire matter is painfully simple to understand, and it goes directly to the criteria we have been COMMANDED by our Lord and Rightful King to employ concerning all judgement.
Excerpts below from The Lord, as recorded in the Gospel according to Matthew, chapters 5 and 7:
5:17 Think NOT that I am come to destroy The Law, or the Prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill [to fully preach The Law (The Torah) and fulfill the prophecies about the first coming of the Messiah].
5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no way pass from The Law, till all be fulfilled.
5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least COMMANDments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the LEAST in The Kingdom of heaven (the lowest of the low in God’s Eyes): but whosoever shall do and teach [them], the same shall be called great in The Kingdom of heaven.
5:20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall EXCEED [the righteousness] of the lawyers and politicians (who are also the judges – see: Psalm 2 and Matthew 23), ye shall in no case enter into The Kingdom of heaven.
7:1 Judge NOT, that ye be not judged.
7:2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
7:3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?
7:4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam [is] in thine own eye?
7:5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.
7:16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?
7:17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
7:18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither [can] a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.
7:19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into The Fire.
7:20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
ANYONE who is attempting to judge any matter by any criteria other than God’s Law is only condemning themselves to spend eternity in The Fire, regardless of what they may mistakenly believe to the contrary.
Like treason, murder is a capital crime under God’s Law. Mass murder, by any means, obviously compounds that capital crime.
Exposing these capital crimes – and warning others of the dire consequences of both the crimes themselves and the corresponding punishment for these crimes – is very obviously NOT a crime; it is a DUTY (Ezek. 33:1-20). The murderers are the criminals, NOT the whistleblowers exposing them. And anyone attempting to suppress evidence of crimes is COMPLICIT, i.e. a criminal accomplice.
The prophecy in Luke 19:27, and using an awaiting noose to illustrate it, serve as WARNINGS. They warn all of us, including those in temporary positions of power, that our actions (fruits) DO have consequences, while at the same time mercifully affording us the opportunity to REPENT of our evil ways.
No law-breaker can be a law-enforcer or administrator. It should likewise be self-evident that no one can judge a matter to which they are a criminal accomplice and/or a co-conspirator.
That’s how simple this case really is. It only seems painful because of the inherent cowardice of those refusing to face the truth, fight for what is right and see that justice is done regardless of the personal cost.
