As I compose this article, further important news breaks. Basically, as I’m getting sent intelligence fresh off the press here, so to speak, regarding a very recent judgement in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, one level below US Supreme Court, in which it was decided that the Covid mRNA jabs are NOT vaccines. This removes the drug companies’ immunity and renders the authorisations for them illegal. It also makes it a crime for medical professionals to call them vaccines any longer. The second intelligence submission received today, also in Appellate Court by The Professor who wrote the 1989 International Bio-Weapons Law. He has declared the jabs a biological weapon. If agreed by the court and the Grand Jury mentioned in the article below, this means all those involved in manufacturing, distributing, promoting mandating and administering the Covid 19 mRNA jab are guilty of many crimes, including Crimes against Humanity, Domestic Terrorism, Bio-Terrorism and multiple breaches of the Nuremberg Code, where “I did not know”, or “I was only following orders”, did not suffice as excuses. A third article as reported by Slay News is a bombshell peer-reviewed study recently published in the prestigious British Medical Journal, by a group of world-renowned researchers in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Returning closer to home, and very importantly, did you pick up on the poignancy within Fabian’s “Crossing the Rubicon” farewell message, as emotionally expressed by the chief minister (Cassius) to former governor David Steel (Brutus) during their final farewell speech, on possibly their last day together?
If you are only even vaguely familiar with Julius Caesar, then you may just start to see that Picardo during his speech was signaling some degree of discomfort alongside his conspiratorial friend David Steel, perhaps because of their personal visit to Rome in November 2023, following on from their previous JABS2GIB pact of treason, which they jointly unleashed upon the gullible, trusting people of Gibraltar. Such evil is now coming back to haunt them both, as the tell-tale signs of great harm emerge from the ashes of FAUCI’S so-called science (1 Tim. 5:20). As Oxford-educated Fabian deep down knows all too well, Cassius and Brutus (alias Picardo and Steel) are far from off the hook over these crimes against humanity, and a final bloody battle awaits the pair of them – probably a fateful battle, one which will most likely be on a par with the fateful battle endured by both Cassius and Brutus, when Mark Antony and Octavius avenged Julius Caesar on them for their back-stabbing treachery during Caesar’s blood-soaked fall. Of the two partners in crime, the motives of Cassius were the more selfish of the two, as it is widely recognised that Brutus, unlike Cassius, only did the dirty deed for the love of Rome, rather than for purely selfish reasons.
For further insight into Fabian’s mindset here, you could do much worse than to ponder upon why Fabian actually saw fit to quote from Andy Burnham during the McGrail Inquiry. Any understanding of the underlying meaning behind Fabian quoting Burnham is predicated upon familiarity with the context of Burnham’s powerful protestations. Was this some kind of Freudian slip or was Fabian mocking the gullible Gibraltarian masses he pretends to love. Here below is precisely what Fabian said, and how McGrail’s counsel thereafter responded:
“I was just this morning watching breakfast tv and I heard Andy Burnham, the re-elected Mayor of Manchester, say, ‘We cannot live in a country in which public servants are not wholly truthful with politicians’, and that resonated greatly with me”.
“I have always told the Gibraltar Police Authority the whole truth in any of the dealings I may have had with them in respect of this or any other matter.”
McGrail’s Counsel:
“You mentioned the quotation from Andy Burnham, we cannot live a country where public officials lie to ministers. Do you agree we also cannot live in a country where ministers lie to public officials?”
FP: “I am very clear about that.”
McGrail’s Counsel: “Sorry, what was the answer to the question?”
FP: “The answer is an obvious yes.”
That quotation was cited from Andy Burnham and was about the tainted-blood lurking underneath the very essence of the UK Blood Infection scandal which Burnham seems to be equating to corporate manslaughter.
Mark my words Richard, that terrible UK blood-infection scandal, which has so obviously rattled and enraged England’s very own Paragon of Virtue Pretender, namely Andy Burnham, the politician who campaigned tenaciously against the injustices of Hillsborough. Peter Openshaw to take note, please.

Yet somewhat hypocritically, the Mayor of Greater Manchester, regularly voted against a comprehensive independent judicial inquiry into the Iraq war, while knowing full well that its justification had been based on the filthy stinking lies of his former PRIME MINISTER Tony Blair, whereupon 200,000 Iraqi citizens were unlawfully killed on their none BRITISH soil. All this, will pale into insignificance when compared with the mass corporate global manslaughter from the blood infection caused by quack Covid-19 doctors like Fauci, and much nearer to home, on The Rock, namely Fauci’s so-called scientific counterparts from Public Health England, the well known witchdoctors Sohail Bhatti, Helen Carter, and Ian Cumming. Where they, like Fauci, were operating in their own power-crazed pursuit of filthy lucre, in furtherance of P£izer’s and Big Pharma’s evil agenda. Here on The Rock, the vaccine roll-out, with the help of the (fallen) Angel Wings of the RAF, and the flattering encouragement of clown prince Matthew “Midazolam” Hancock, JABS2GIB was undertaken at breakneck speed, bringing much kudos against a backdrop of Fabian Picardo’s repeated bombastic reassurances that the vaccines were life-saving, when in reality all across the globe, they have subsequently proven to be anything but safe and effective. To put it bluntly to both the chief minister, and the former governor, both leaders had been told repeatedly by the Gibraltar Messenger, that these vaccines were obviously not safe and were instead, kill-shots, in keeping with the eugenically-driven-plan for the fake monarch’s ambition towards global depopulation, and world economic domination and control. There is no plausible deniability.
Before the US House Select Committee, you hopefully will have by now seen how Marjorie Taylor Greene flatly refused to refer to Anthony Fauci as a doctor, so forgive me, Richard, for the exact same reasons, neither will I do likewise for our three main witchdoctors on The Rock. These charlatans need to be arrested for their fraud and their crimes against humanity. As for Picardo and Steel, I refer to those fools, not as “honourable men”, for their historical acts of brute force and charisma would show them to be mostly sly, and majorly “dishonourable”. They used and abused the RGP policy-enforcers, without whom there would have been NO unnecessary lock-down, with all the harm it caused. Nor should prison, as called for by MTG over Anthony Fauci’s wicked ways, be their joint collective fate on The Rock, for their corporate manslaughter and for their crimes against humanity. So to summarise, and bring this tale of two villains to a close, if Caesar was indeed ambitious, so too might the same be said of The Rock’s very own Cassius, for Fabian Picardo, in 2016 on GIBTALK, by coming out of his comfort zone, let it be known how he, as a lad, had had his dream to rule the Vatican State shattered. Well last year Fabian and David both at least got to go to the Vatican together, to see the Jesuit Poop, despite both shunning the Gibraltar Messenger, Who is Christ, nearer to Home.
Be that as it may, for their arm-jabbing JAB2GIB acts of treason, as captured brilliantly on the GBC cameras, the gallows in Casemates would seem to be a far more fitting tribute to the man of Steel, and his farewell friend of much thwarted grievous ambition. Indeed All Roads do Lead to Rome in this instance, so the saying goes. Finally dear Richard, Longinus, was the short form of Gaius Cassius Longinus, as adopted by PICARDO in his farewell speech to David Steel. That is the very same name which in some Christian traditions, is also the name for the Roman soldier who allegedly pierced the side of Jesus on the Cross, with the so called Spear of Destiny – otherwise referred to as the Lance of Longinus. The feast of Saint Longinus in Roman Catholic tradition occurred on 15th March (the Ides of March) to commemorate when the cursed spear of destiny pierced Jesus’ body on the cross. Such Feast Days are an abomination to The LORD. The Spear of Destiny is also said to be in the possession of the VATICAN. Tradition has it that this Roman Jurist who pierced Jesus’ body on the cross was thought to be the great grandson of Cassius, the general who slew Julius Caesar. To say again, as the oft-used saying goes, “All Roads Lead to Rome.” The earliest occurrences of the phrase “All Roads Lead to Rome”, and variants thereof that I have found, appear to be from a letter, dated 15th March 1793, that M. Ehrenstrom wrote to Baron Armfelt. Beware the Ides of March strikes again! However, if I revert this story of the Lance of Longinus back to biblical references alone, then Romans 10 would be perhaps the most useful starting point linking it to Isaiah 53:5, the Suffering Servant KING.

Deleted emails and the absence of whats app messages became a regular feature at certain times in evidence giving within the McGrail Inquiry, but once again, it was tame all very tame by comparison with the ongoing evidence being divulged about all of Anthony Fauci’s email issues over the science behind Covid-19 and its bio-weapon injections roll-out. These short emails are insightful in formulating a conceptual model of what was getting covered-up. It’s hard not to agree with Marjorie Taylor Greene. Give me MTG to Jacinda (Jack) Ardern any-day.
